My friend and I originally tried to come on a Saturday night without a reservation and the place was packed alreadySo we went to Kao Sarn (see my review) and came back here on Sunday night. My friend is vegetarian so after thinking about it, we decided to go all vegetarian. We started with the veggie summer roll, which is what I always get back home in California to start This is cold tofu and vegetables rolled up in rice paper and is served with shredded carrots and a peanut sauce. The peanut sauce came nicely, presented in a clever little cup. However, I far prefer the Tiber chilies and fish sauce, which is part of the four condiments tray that you have to ask for.I love me that hot chili burn !Not every Thai restaurant carries these and they vary so it is something. I'm always sure to ask for as a sign of a good restaurant. This is a good restaurant My friend ordered the Penang curry with tofu while I ordered the vegetables Kapow with sweet basil. His was the better dish, but both were good. Especially with Thai Bird chilies in fish sauce!A word on the curries. They are not actually marked as being vegetarian, which, of course will depend on whether you add meat to them or not. However, when I look at the curry pastes from Thailand that are sold at places like 99 ranch market, the only creep paste that I have seen without shrimp in it is the yellow curry paste. We did ask and we were assured that the Penang curry sauce base does not have any shrimp in it.Perhaps sometimes it's better not to ask :-)For dessert, we were going to share the fried bananas, but we disagreed on the choice of ice cream, so we each had our own!He had his with the coconut ice cream and was very happy with it. I went with the chocolate ice cream and I was also very happy with it.The service is attentive and friendly, but they should take care to crumb the table before they bring you the dessert. I had to ask them to do that.It was Sunday so we didn't have any cocktails, but it looks like they offer a good variety They did have a Fess Parker wine on the list and I've heard some good things about that wine, but I generally don't order wine at these southeast Asian and East Asian restaurants. They don't generally store them very well. Of course, this place might. There is plenty of parking. Including some in the back. They have outdoor seating in warmer weather, which looks to be pleasant. The indoor space has subdued lighting and is not too noisy

Came in on a relatively busy Saturday night. I was greeted immediately and sat pretty quickly. The space isn't large but seemed to have a very busy hum without being too loud. The restaurant is well decorated and plentiful seating available. The outside patio is so cute although with the rainy weather wasn't an option for that night. Typically when trying a new Thai restaurant I order two pretty standard dishes the pad Thai and the kha prao to establish a baseline of comparison. The pad Thai had a great lemongrass flavor and wasn't too saucy and definitely not dry. The kra pow beef is definitely not the star but wasn't too bad either. I have been back a few times for the pad Thai and it has been consistently good. The service has also been warm and welcoming which will keep me coming back.

My friend and I decided to try this place for lunch today. The menu had a lot of my favorites. I love Thai food. For drinks I ordered lychee ice tea. It's not something I find in other Thai restaurants. I love lychee flavor so I went with it. The drink was very flavorful. On the sweeter side and loved the lychee flavor. They actually give you a small piece of lychee fruit. 5/5 for drink. For the entree, I ordered the massamam curry. 3/5 for the entree. One of the main reasons being it had lots of raw onions and big chucks of unflavored potatoes. Looked like they forgot to cook the curry with potatoes and onions and added it later just before serving. The curry and beef were delicious though. I wish it tasted like the traditional curry. The service was great. Ambiance was great as well. Parking was easy to find.

Amazing food, service and ambiance. We came here and ordered the seasonal mulled wine, chive dumplings, spicy sweet basil with chicken and cashew lover with tofu. I absolutely enjoyed and ate everything. I recommend the seasonal drinks and chive dumplings as a starter. Portions are large as well. For mains, I enjoyed the spicy sweet basil was amazing but I'm sure anything on the menu is great.

Such a cute restaurant with bar seating, high tops, booths, tables and a cozy little nook with more cushion seating. Plenty of parking in a strip. The duck roll was not worth it- I would skip the apps and order another entree instead. The crazy seafood was so flavorful and medium spice had a good kick, but manageable. The pad z-ew noodles were perfectly chewy and not overcooked. Quick and friendly service. This will definitely be a go-to spot for last minute meals out

Came here for a birthday dinner and we really enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant was very warm and inviting. The service was excellent. Food was good and the servings were huge. Definitely can order one entree to share or if you get two you will have plenty of leftovers.

My wife liked her lychee iced tea and crazy noodle. But the duck Kapow was absolutely vile -- clearly over cooked and tasting like a bad roast ham.

This is a cozy restaurant, on the non-busy part of Wilson Blvd in Arlington. It's located in a small shopping area. The service was very attentive, which I always appreciate. Here is what I ordered:- Veggie Spring Rolls : this was quite good. The rolls were well seasoned with veggies, and the sauce was delicious. - Veggie Drunken Noodles : this was ok. The noodles tasted good, but somehow wasn't as flavorful as I've had at other restaurants. - Mango and sticky rice : this was delicious. The green rice was a bit different from other restaurants I've had this dish. But I loved it. My husband loved his Spicy Basil Fried Rice. I want to have that next time I go there. Definitely give this place a try. I can't wait to go back.

Soul Thai is a hidden gem that delivers comforting and flavorful Thai cuisine. I discovered it through my parents, who couldn't stop talking about their amazing first visit. The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always eager to offer great recommendations. The cozy interior features both indoor and outdoor seating options, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. We tried the Duck Kapow, Crazy Herb Seafood (Pad Cha), and Pad Z-Eew. The Duck Kapow was perfectly cooked and paired with a rich, savory sauce. The Crazy Herb Seafood came with a delightful mix of seafood and a kick of spice. Lastly, the Pad Z-Eew offered a satisfying level of heat with fresh stir-fried vegetables.
