First time around! Really enjoy, Mediterranean, Greek/ Turkish.Food/Drink: Entrees were amazing, everything tasted fantastic. The flavors and the smells were intoxicating! I had the lamb chops, and dolma. Bread and Apps: The warm pita was mmmm mmmm! Small dish of the roasted Brussels were to die for.Dinning Area: Pretty Small, and cramped. A little drafty.Prices: Relatively expensive but they have $40special. Small appetizer, entree, and a drink I got away for $50.Parking: Plenty of space, shared lot.Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and smaller in size.Atmosphere: During the weekend Dinner rush, pretty busy, needed a reservation and about 30 seats it made sense. Staff/Attendants: Staff overall was Great, family owned and operated I presume. Extremely authentic, accent, paintings, ever so well cooked, and traditional art.Awesome experience wish I had my wife, I will be back! 8/10

Delicious and generous portions! They always do a fantastic job. The beef & lamb kabobs are served over a delicious sauce with cut up pitas that is oh so very satisfying and filling. Service is always prompt and they will kindly make recommendations as well if you are unsure of what to get. The cafe setting is cute and Mediterranean with those classic touches of Greek blue! The drinks are also beautifully served and equally good. Highly recommend stopping in for their brunch bottomless mimosas.

Amazed on how you can feel the vibe. Everyone was so welcoming. We went on a random Tuesday night with no reservations and were seated all the way to the back. I suspect, people did call because by the time we got our food, the place was packed.I don't particularly like lamb, it is not my "go to" protein AT ALL! But this one tasted good since my friend made me sample her lamb. It was grilled right, seasoned perfectly enough just to bring the flavor out and it did not have any after taste.The dessert baklava was on the sweet side but with the vanilla ice cream, it did hit the nail on the head. I highly recommend this hidden gem. Should you crave for something Mediterranean and Greek crossover, have ample parking in the Alexandria area, this is your place. Go try it, I know I will again.

Greek and Turkish fusion restaurant. When you walk in you feel like you have taken a trip to a Greek/turkish restaurant. The restaurant decor is amazing!I ordered the Turkish salad and the chicken souvlaki. The salad was packed full of flavor the walnuts added a nice crunch on top. The chicken souvlaki was season to perfection. The entree was served with a side salad that had the most delicious pomegranate molasses dressing. Smyrna also has a three course lunch menu for $21 which is a pretty good deal. The service was excellent the owner/chef even came out to check to see how everything was. This place is definitely worth a visit.

I found myself on the hunt for a bite to eat for lunch and stumbled across this Mediterranean spot. It is located in a strip mall, so parking to eat here is not an issue. They have a few tables out front for customers to eat and an modest dining area as well. The staff there is very friendly. The menu is limited and to be honest, I had no idea what most of the items were. I had to look a pictures to get an idea. They serve items such as wraps, hummus, tzazitki, babagannush, falafel, Greek potatoes, Brussel sprouts, calamari, aegean kebab, lamb chops, Keftedes, manti, fasulia, and Mousakka. If you are looking for some adult beverages, they also have a decent beer and wine selection. They have an express lunch special that I took advantage of that I had to pick three courses to complete my meal. I had the Greek salad (1st course), chicken souvlaki (2nd course), and balaclava (3rd course). The food was really good, but it was a smaller lunch version of the regular entree.This is not a fast food place. This is a chill spot that flirts on the verge of being a high end joint. It is a bit pricy, but offers some good food and quality service. I recommend checking this place out.

We came here on a busy Saturday night and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Most importantly, the food was delicious. I recommend the tasting menu, which allowed us to try the branzino, chicken skewers and Çöp şiş - all very good!

We have been to Smyrna a few times and the food is always very good. Today we tried the mixed grill for two. This included lamb chops, Keftedes, Chicken Keftedes, Chicken Souvlaki, and Skewer Kabob. Plenty of food for 2 people. The atmosphere/decorations in the restaurant combined with a video playing scenes of different Greek islands give you the sense of being in a small establishment in Mykonos. We will be back again!

So delish! We had friends over so I ordered all of the vegetarian apps to go, and I can't even tell you which was my favorite, they were all so good! Can't wait to go in and have a dine in experience!

Friendly service and good food. The food was healthy. It's a hidden gem of a restaurant and a nice neighborhood location.

I definitely am scratching my head about some reviews. Maybe some reviews are by family members or staff ?Food: Not exceptional - especially the Lemon Greek Soup (not so good)- & small portions Perhaps if one gets the unlimited Lunch then one would see lots of food. Note I came here because of my friends recommendation. - bad decision. (Definitely word of mouth is the best for of advertising & yet the worse form - Maybe vast improvement will be made. Service: Long time for the food to come - the staff was stretch (maybe the owners should have stepped in) Ambiance: Well if this was a pizza place then the small table would be okay - but not for a lunch or dinner - tables are too small. Love the Greek Blue - but I have been to the Greek Isles where there is true Ambiance. Not recommended! Why the two Stars - the two staff were very friendly.
