We purchased carry out dinner 10/14/2024 - upon opening the bag, we were shocked to discover ROACHES in the bag crawling around. We contacted them immediately to alert them and they credited the purchase amount.Curious if they took the issue seriously - we called to see if they were open an hour later and also the next day. They chose NOT to close and continue to serve food.We will NEVER go there again!!!Never - totally disgusting Rick M.North Potomac, MD

Thursday 5/9/2024I had first tried their Germantown location and was highly disappointed with my experience, so I wanted to see how the better rated one does for my taste buds.I made a takeout order through DoorDash and got: chicken satay $11.95, Thai fried rice: chicken $14.95, cashew chicken $14.95, and pad Z-Eaw: chicken $14.95.- Chicken Satay * rating: 5.7/10, I'm used to the chicken being thick and juicy but the chicken here was the OPPOSITE: dry & thin which was very disappointing. - thai fried rice:chicken * rating: 7/10, on its own it's a bit bland and it would probably taste better with some type of sauce or combined with another dish.- cashew chicken * rating: 7.3/10, I'd say it's decent orange chicken but it's nothing Special or impressive.- pad Z-Eaw: chicken * rating 8/10, this was easily my favorite dish as it has pretty good flavor and taste (something I would come back for)Overall, it's not the best Thai but it's definitely not the worst. The Thai is solid but honestly if I'm looking for Thai, I'd much rather go to Thai house in Gaithersburg as that's the best Thai food I've had.

I went to this place for a quick lunch. Super easy parking lot right outside. Its next to several other stores and restaurants. They do have lunch specials. I ordered the pad thai lunch special. The waitress was very nice and efficient. There were plently of indoor seating and clean bathroom. I received my order quickly. My pad thai was a bit disappointing. It was extremely sweet and there was too much sauce. It was a mountain of clumpy noodles. There was too much sauce for the noodles. I couldn't finish it because the texture was too clumpy and mushy. I wouldn't recommend the pad thai here. There wasn't much taste too the sauce and seemed like it was missing something. But the service is very fast so if you are looking for a quick bite, this could be an option.

I ordered from here to go a pad thai and spring rolls. Both were good. The pad thai was a bit under seasoned and tasted a bit bland. Otherwise was well cooked and had the nice peanut crunch to create some texture. It needed some spice to to balance the saltiness of the noodles and peanuts. Otherwise it was a good dish since everything was well cooked and portions were good.Spring rolls were good as well nice and crunchy and hot when I picked them up. Definitely was freshly made. Was well seasoned and the dipping sauce added some nice contrast to the dish.Service was quick and friendly, they had my order ready in 15 minutes.

Carryout Interface: 1 Star, not good. The phone appears disabled, forcing one to use online. You are not Johns Hopkins. I do not want to use your portal. I want a human I can question. 1 demerit. Terrible website navigation. No jumping from page to page. You have to click Next, Next, Next to go back and forth. Another demerit. The "Menu" needs updating. The Order Online page includes options, including street food apps, not disclosed by the main menu. Another demerit. BIG DEMERIT: Firefox detected a security flaw and would not allow autocomplete of credit card info which is required to place order- which should not be required in the first place. I should have the option of paying on arrival.Food: Tom Yum, 3.5 Star. 1 Bowl is enough to split. But if so, light on the chicken. Very good broth. Gyoza 1 Star. I could have done just as well with frozen in the air fryer. Based on my earlier experience get the pan fried dumplings instead. Pork Satay on Order Online page only- 4 Star. Well prepared with 5 Star sauce. Papaya salad- 4.5 Star. Beef Ka Pow- 4 Star. Conclusion: Overall a good meal but for one failed appetizer and an abysmal order interface.

I ordered the following to go: drunken noodle, mussamum curry, mango with sticky rice, and tom kha soup. The mussamum curry was $19 for 4-5pieces of small beef cubes and 5-6 pieces of small potatoes. The taste was good. The curry mixed well with the generous portion of rice. The beef and the potatoes were pretty good. Unfortunately, $19 for a couple of small bites did not sit well with me.The drunken noodle for $14 was very good. The taste was great. There wasn't a lot of oil in the dish. The tomatoes and other spices mixed well within the dish. The chicken added an another layer of flavor. The mango with sticky rice at $10 was definitely problematic. The dish had very small rice ball with 6 small slices of mango. I know it's inflation and all.... But $10 for literally bits is not cool. Thank goodness the taste was great otherwise this dish would have been a 0-star disaster. The tom kha soup was $8. The taste was interesting. The overall flavor profile was rich and complex. There were a lot of tasty elements that combined nicely within the soup.As you all can see in the picture, it was $51 pre-tax, $54 post-tax for a VERY SMALL appetizer, a small soup, a small entree and a decent sized drunken noodle. I guess the restaurant is going for the tasty route because the portions are laughably small

Ordered delivery for dinner. We got the drunken noodles and red curry with chicken. The drunken noodles were a perfect level of spice. The favorite was the red curry. It was absolutely delicious. I wish they gave more rice to eat the curry with and the delivery wasn't wrapped properly so some leaked out of the container.I would def return for that curry.

Waited a while to be greeted but knew what I wanted walking in. The portions were small for a chicken and noodle dish for $15 not even enough to take home for leftovers. No customer service skills not even to ask how the food taste

This place has a roach infestation and they are not taking the legal or proper steps to remediate the situation. Staff and ownership are aware of their roach infestation and still have not shut down. I found roaches in my carry out food yesterday Oct 2024. Looks like they had a violation earlier this year for the same issue!! Gross. Such a shame because I use to love this place ... not anymore!!! Be safe and do not eat at this place because they are not protecting their customers!
