The night Sicilian Pizza DC saved Thanksgiving-''Twas the night before Thanksgiving when.... OK, cut to the chase. I ordered online (very convenient w/Beyond Menu) but forgot to "save" toppings, so when a plain pizza arrived, I gave it back to the driver saying it was wrong. He was confused but said, "Ok, I'll be back in 20 mins with the right pizza." I called the store just to let them get started on making it and was told that the order they got was for a plain pizza- that's when I realized it must have been on me. With a houseful of family, I botched dinner!Sicilian Pizza called back- we're sending you a new pizza with the toppings you wanted, no charge (I'd already paid for the plain one), and 20 minutes later Thanksgiving is saved! And everyone, from 91 year-old grandma from Manhattan to 20 year-old daughter from LA said, "That's a REALLY good pizza!" Thank you to all at Sicilian Pizza DC. Forever my go-to DC pizza place!

I really love Sicilian Pizza. The staff is wonderful and they definitely take pride in the quality and care of their food. Super quick but always on point. FYI it is a walk up to the counter establishment.

Note: This is a delivery review only. I wasn't expecting too much because, well, it's a pizza delivery place. But Sicilian Pizza pleasantly surprised me. I ordered a custom calzone (I like that they offer those) with provolone, meatballs, and sun-dried tomatoes. The app gave an estimate of about 45 minutes delivery time, and the driver arrived five minutes early. The calzone was hot and clearly had just come out of the oven before being brought over. Already, that was earning them brownie points. I enjoyed the calzone itself, which was a nice size and wasn't too greasy--a common sin of cheap calzones (read: Sbarro's in any mall anywhere). The little marinara sauce was also good, although I had to ration the container since it was small. Next time, I'll have to do one of their select-a-topping pizzas!

Cheese pizza was thin, definitely not what I was expecting based on the name. Cheese was good and spicy, but the sauce was mild. Mozzarella sticks were a rip off for how tiny and bad they were. It was fast enough for delivery tho

I wanted to give sicilian pizza a high rating, due to their quick service on a Friday night. It took approximately 20 minutes for the delivery man to arrive in front of my apartment. The pizza came out piping hot (which is what I LOVE), so kudos!The pepperoni pizza was good. The only thing that I would make note of is the tomato sauce - it was a little too sweet for my savory tastebuds. However, for the price, you can't really beat it (since it seems like food is just generally expensive in DC).Would definitely call for delivery again when I have a hankering for some simple pizza!

Every neighborhood deserves a solid pizza place, and this place certainly fits the bill. Consistently great thin crust pizza with a great sauce. Have also tried the house salad, chicken tenders, and manicotti and they have also always been on point. Wait times for pickup are minimal. Love this place.

I would like to provide an excellent review for Sicilian Pizza, located at 1004 Florida Avenue NE in Washington DC. (202-296-6000)Being of Sicilian heritage myself, I love the Supremo Pizza, which reminds me of my Grandmother's and Mother's pizza who both came to the USA from Palazzo Adriano in Sicily. The delivery is always on time, and everyone is extremely kind. In my opinion, this one of the BEST pizza locations I have found in DC, akin to Two Amis in NW. Mangia Bene!!Tony Romano
