Sharks Fish and Chicken

I go there about once a week to get the lunch special, which is a good bargain, however the sign on the door says the special includes a 20oz soda. Every time they ask what kind of soda I want and they proceed to grab a 12oz can of the flavor I requested. I have to tell them every time that your sign says 20oz soda. Either they don't know liquid measure or the sign is a lie. They don't even carry 20oz to-go cups. The bad part is there is no adjustment in price.

Wow! Where do I START!??!??? THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! I have never NOT swallowed Mac n cheese. What kind of nonsense was that?We spent $90 on our family's meal and I just can't express to you how horrible the Mac n cheese was. The only reason the restaurant deserves 1 start is bc the pre made instance banana pudding was okay...just okay. I love Mac n cheese. All my life I loved Mac n cheese, but have mercy on everyone in the world...and take that OFF the menu! Just skip it.Oh I had to edit this review after eating more of the banana pudding. Why did they get the knock off brand of vanilla wafers? This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. To the owners...please start another business bc u have to be only making money from new customers NOT returning customers. This is awful! No seasoning on the fries either.I'm editing once again. My husband loves okra. He just spit it alllll out. This meal was disgusting.

A waste of money, time and tastebuds. I didn't have a good experience 3+ years ago so I never returned until that fateful day my Auntie wanted fried fish, fries AND coleslaw. How in the world you don't have coleslaw? Ok, fine. I'll sub it with collard greens. When I say that what I paid for and was served was trash in Styrofoam container would be a compliment. My cat wouldn't touch that shyt. Please save your money and time on an establishment that values your hard earned money and respects you as a customer. Bus Boys and Poets by the Big Chair isn't better and neither is the Subway on Alabama Ave.I'm tired. Maybe my blind - one legged Auntie.l should sell dinners. It would be better than this slop passed off as food and not worthy of pigs or dogs. Food made with hatred, disrespect, carelessness and disregard shows. They will either LEAVE or improve in quality of food and service IF we stop spending our $. We are literally paying for disrespect and shyt. Order CONFIRMED and PAID FOR only to arrive and it to be unavailable. No acknowledgement from the staff. Do better. One job. Basic location and simple customer service. I don't know why I tried in the first place.

Let's start off by asking, is it a threat if they mess up your meal and i informed the Rude Lady with the accent that I was posting my plate without my Shrimp on Yelp??? Lets start with the rude lady who answered the phone. She asked me for ticket number which I gave her. Put yourself in my size 11, i catch the Bus to Support a Business that I enjoyed a couple of times because it's a short trip there and back,plus it's cold around 6pm. When the rude lady asked me as she looking for my order number, did I order shrimp or extra Shrimp??? Now she's looking at the order and said my cook said he remembers the order and even told me how many Shrimp he put on my plate. I won't insult anyone's intelligent but please do me a favor, take a look at the picture and count and tell me how many shrimps you can see with the chicken and the extra teriyaki sauce that wasn't on there either but please if you see a shrimp please let me know how many you see. Now we all know times are getting hard and like I always say, I'm not from here but I'm a foodie and Loves to try new things. I even buy the Banana pudding that doesn't have Bananas in it because I eat Banana and always have them on deck. I gave them 2 stars because my 1st plate was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it. Chicken on one side Shrimp on the other with a nice amount of teriyaki sauce it was so worth the trip at night in the cold on a round trip on the Bus. For those that follow me know i have no problem sharing my pictures with what I like or don't like. Yelp is for the foodies at heart and those that would like to know if it's worth their time and money. Since I had paid with a card, I was waiting for her to say, okay I'll add the money back onto your card but noooooo,she going by what her cook said that they gave me my Shrimp. Instead of the cook saying my bad I can't remember, a picture is worth the Truth. Knowing the rude Lady who would probably say i took the shrimp and Bananas out. Don't get me wrong the food is good but customer service sucks and the Rude Lady came across like Karen in Central park, that I was threatening her by saying I'm posting my food on Yelp that they messed up. So her name is not rude lady it's Karen, dear Karen if you put my money back on my card I'll update this post,if not I'll chalk it up as a lesson. Actually i blame Stanley G for not checking my food before I left.

One day after ordering the 5 piece fried chicken, as I write this review I am suffering from watery diarrhea. Haven't had any major issues before while eating here besides mild upset stomach but yesterday was a mistake and I been sick since eating the chicken
