Great pasta although a bit pricey depending on the sauce and protein combo you get. You choose pasta, a sauce and one topping. They are pretty strict about the sauces (I wanted half truffle and half pomodoro). If you can't decide what to get, you can pick from the chef's favorites. I ate all the pasta and thought it was delicious but wanted more pasta (although I probably didn't need more pasta). I got the casarecce pasta with white truffle sauce and mozzarella. I wish there were a few more toppings available like veggies but it was still good without it. The pasta a was served in these tall cardboard take out containers. I found it a little strange and difficult to eat from but overall I thought the pasta was yummy. I'd get it again if I'm in the area.

**Scalopasta - A New Addition to Tysons Galleria**Scalopasta is a fresh new restaurant to Tysons Galleria, behind Andy's Pizza and Shotted Coffee. The space has an elevated vibe with a "fancy" feel, with its large windows offering plenty of natural light. It's located right next to one of the mall's main entrances, with a large staircase. While the ambiance was lovely, I found the pasta a bit underwhelming. The dish could have used a touch more seasoning, to bring out the full flavor. Overall, it's a nice spot with potential, but the pasta didn't quite hit the mark for me.
