I came here for some quick hibachi and didn't feel like going to my usual spot in the mall. This place is located in a shopping center so there is ample parking and you may be able to get a few other errands accomplished. When I came in it was empty and there was initially no one behind the counter/ register. After placing my order I needed to ask for a key to use the restroom. I guess they have an issue with non-customers trying to use the restroom. I ordered shrimp tempura sushi rolls along with chicken and shrimp hibachi. All of it was underwhelming. My sushi roll barely had any shrimp and the chicken and shrimp hibachi left more to be desired. Despite the convenience I would probably still go out my way to my regular location for quick hibachi. There was a sign indicating they were hiring cooks so perhaps it's a staffing issue.

It's so fresh - it's raw. Waited 40 minutes for uncooked chicken, the restaurant owner promised me the food would be served fresh (And it isn't fresh normally?). I get that stuff happens sometimes. However, the managers response that there was no way there was raw chicken because it was cooked twice

I ordered take out right before they closed which was probably a bad idea. My rice was soggy :-/& my vegetables for the hibachi were barely cooked. (The yum yum sauce was good though. I'm glad they gave extra so I can use on something else at home lol

Simple: Don't go here. They got my order incorrect due to their website description being misleading. Instead of offering a solution, the manager rudely yelled that it was my fault bc the "food is fine". On top of that, she insulted my intelligence (verbatim she said "can you not read) and hung up on me. Then when I called back they processed to answer and hang up. That's not how you do business. I've supported them for years and never again. There were so many simple solutions to fix the issue, yet they chose to disregard and belittle.Again, dont go here. There are plenty of other options who are friendly and value their customers.

The foods are so delicious. The stuffs are friendly. The most important thing is, It doesn't take a long time to wait for them. The whole processing is quick and easy. Quite a pleasant experience to come to here to enjoy such yummy foods! :)

I've gotten various teriyaki and hibachi meals from here and they've always been prepared well. The meat is flavorful and make sure you use the yum yum sauce. The cheeseburger spring rolls are mini, I wish they were full size. the crabmeat rangoons are good but they don't have the sweet and sour sauce for it. I've ordered via phone and via grubhub, and they are quick! The portions are huge -- you can definitely make it 2-3 meals, or one if you're starving. Definitely recommend if you want good food at a very decent price.

BEWARE: THEIR ONLINE ORDERING DOES NOT WORK. PAY IN-PERSON ONLY! This was my first time at this location. I decided to use their website to order a sushi party tray and a hibachi tray. Everything seemed ok. I get there only to learn their system doesn't even work and they never received my order from THEIR OWN WEBSITE -- thankfully I had an email sent receipt as proof I ordered from their restaurant. (Ridiculous).Their site offers an option to provide them with "special cooking requests", which they apparently will not honor. The owner or whoever this guy was argued with me about the type of sushi rolls they provide and what can or cannot be added to them. (Mind you, I simply asked to add cream cheese and mayo sauce on top - nothing out of the ordinary.)Overall, I will not be a returning customer. Poor first impression for a pretty decent, clean restaurant.

Expensive mall food. Nothing close to traditional Japanese food. Did taste all that good. Boring chicken soaked with soy sauce on way too much rice and a single piece of broccoli. Yuk.
