Attempted to come here last night (never made it inside). I was looking forward to enjoying a Afrobeats/Amapiano night, and was eager when I discovered that they have an open bar from 10pm-11pm and no cover from 10pm-11:30pm.I got in line ~11:15 and by midnight I was still in line. It was around 11:45 that the bouncers started announcing that the cover is now $30 for women, $40 for men (regardless if you registered for a ticket for free admission). I communicated that to my friends who were already inside, and when they came out they told me that they were really disappointed because the DJ was playing rap/hip hop and no Afrobeats whatsoever (they had been inside the lounge for about an hour). If it's going to be a Afrobeats/amapiano night, then the playlist needs to reflect that....I have struggled trying to find places in DC that have a strong Afrobeat presence outside of Elevate (I pray they open back up soon), but safe to say I don't think I'll be back.

This place is lame. We came here in a Saturday and the majority of the club is bottle/table service. If you want to flex with your friends I guess this is a place to do that. If you like to dance and here good jams, then this might not be for you. Bottler service culture really killed the club and this place is a prime example of that. They had a few cocktail tables throughout the venue but nowhere to sit unless you have a table which is lame. The DJ was only playing music that he liked to listen to. We left after an hour because the vibes just weren't aligned with the type of time we were trying to have. Everyone is sec, sectioned off and to themselves, worried about instagrammable moments. We bought 2 shot that were in baby shot glasses for $40, totally not worth it.

This is the perfect spot for a night out with its unbeatable vibes and music. The bartenders are quick, friendly, and serve some of the best drinks in the city 10/10.

Came here for a girls night out and to hear some hip hop. I liked the dj and the decor was stunning but the drinks were a bit pricy and were short. I might come back but I'd pre-game.

The owner is a pig and sent me a picture of his member. The drinks are very expensive here. You are forced to pay an automatic gratuity no matter if it's good service or bad. A tip is for good service. It's not to cover the salary. The wages of the staff are $3 an hour while the owner charges $1,500 or more to rent a table. You're better off saving your money.

My friends and I attempted to go Saturday night using their complimentary entry before 12 AM ticket. We got there about 10:45 PM (doors opened at 11). They did not start letting anyone in until 11:45 and even with that they were incredibly slow. They stopped letting people in because supposedly there were so many people the fire marshal was called????? Maybe if they started letting people in at 11 LIKE THEY SAID, none of this would have happened. We waited until 12:15 and just left. They must do better on their part. This is the second time (minus the fire marshal part) that this has happened while I've been in line there.

tried to charge an $80 fee after making us wait in a a dangerous cramped line for an hour after they were supposed to be open. Security guards got randomly physical with people, and when some of our group and I made it through security and the huge crowded line(mob) I tried to step out(didn't stand more than 2 feet away from the door) to make sure my cousin got in safely, and the guard tried to physically drag me back inside and demanded that I either leave or stay inside. Once I got inside the music was bad, so we left after 10 mins

Best club in DC, I loved the atmosphere, the vibe is amazing. Great customer service. I had the best time with friends. Bottle service was amazing, the bottle girls are beautiful and such a great vibe. Overall would 100% recommend.
