I had the impression that the food was catered towards the local population but no, the taste was authentic and similar to the quality one sees in Eden Center.Location - it is right in the middle of King's Street, parking on the street or nearby garageDecor - restaurant is nicely decorated with some Vietnamese oil paint, it feels spacious and simple Service - fast service, the manager goes around and checks in with guests to make sure they are doing okFood - a big menu, food does not disappoint, spring rolls and pork wrap are delicious, the pho broth is fresh and the food portion is bigger than expectedWill recommend!

Now called, Saigon Rolls...Just re-opened one month+ ago with new owner, manager, cook, and waiter. I've had several solid 4* visits for this quality choice in the heart of Old Town. I've been three times now. I had to try my "usual" with my first time visit post reopening: Grilled Pork Vermicelli and Crispy Spring Roll (Bún Thit Nuong Cha Gio). It was very good both times I had it. Loved the crunch and flavors of the eggroll. I asked for some extra veggies and wow, homerun. I also tried the Banh Mi Pork on a seperate visit. It was really good. Lots of veggies and good flavors with the chicken. Spice hack: If you like a little spicy they are happy to bring jalapeños on the side.So good! I'm so happy to have such a wonderful pho place close to where I live! I've ordered takeout from here many times and most recently dined in, about a month ago. Their pho is a generous portion and their broth is so hearty and delicious. They are also generous with their portion of meats in the pho (I usually order the beef pho with several types/cuts of beef, including slices of eye-of-round steak, well-done brisket, well-done flank, soft tendon, and bible tripe. The restaurant is clean, service is always friendly, and they have great non-pho options as well. During my most recent visit (in November), our table ordered the following:-beef pho-summer rolls-beef vermicelli noodle bowl. Everything was delicious! I especially loved those summer rolls and will certainly be back for more!

Have been looking for a good Vietnamese spot in old town Alexandria. Very excited that there is a new one that just opened with very reasonable prices delicious food and attention to customer service.

Im a little sad because they are closed. I guess they are rebranding maybe but I didn't see a reopening date anywhere.

This bowl of soup is a delicious serving of beef pho (Phở Bò), it contains a rich, aromatic broth filled with thinly sliced beef, likely a mix of rare beef (tái) and beef meatballs (bò viên).

Great check noodle soup (pho), spring rolls, pork chops and dipping sauces. No frills. Clean restaurant and good service. Great dairy and non dairy bean milks, milk teas and coconut milk drinks.

Fantastic place if you want authentic and good quality Vietnamese food. I ordered the grilled beef (Com Bo Nuong) which was very flavorful and grilled perfectly, and my friend ordered the well done brisket Pho which had a rich broth a generous portion of the tender and tasty brisket. Overall, great service that comes with with a cozy and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!
