Small cafe run by two very nice Koreans. Very good food and good prices. Nice ambience and great service

My partner and I found Rick's Cafe on Yelp, looking for a local sandwich shop. It's within walking distance of us, right near the Rockville Metro on the first floor of an office building. Can't believe they've been operating for 6 years and this is the first time I've heard about it. We each got a sandwich - one turkey Reuben ($9.75) and one special - the bulgogi sub ($12.95). Both were prepared fresh for us. Prep was quick. The rye bread on the Reuben was nicely toasted. The sandwich was ample size and the Cole slaw in the sandwich was delish. The bulgogi sub sandwich was also very good. The menu offers a variety of sandwiches, wraps, paninis and salads. Because of our good experience today, I'm sure we'll be back to try some other things, like the spicy chicken wrap and maybe even a hot pastrami or corned beef. There's no fries or other sides for sale, but there's a variety of chips and snacks available. Coolers with sodas, bottled water and other drinks also available. The people preparing the food (I think they are the owners) were friendly. The place was comfortable and pretty quiet during our visit today.

A little bit hard to find but we'll worth it. Cute little place that's tucked in the side of an office building. It does have outside tables in a nice area to enjoy your meal. This could be the cleanest place I've ever been. I ordered breakfast but the lunch menu looked yummy so I'll be back. The breakfast sandwich was cooked perfect and plentiful and the coffee was incredible! The hosts were really friendly and nice! Thank you so much for a great start to my day!

A wonderful cafe run by a lovely Korean couple. They use fresh ingredients, and are so friendly! I just moved to the area and found this cafe as highly rated, and I couldn't agree more! Bulgogi bowl is authentic and delicious. Panini sandwiches are amazing, especially Chipotle chicken. And freshly baked chocolate chip cookies every day! I just wish they were open on the weekends! It's a Monday-Friday cafe, catering to the office employees in the area. Definitely check it out!

The service was fantastic. The couple that runs this place were friendly in a folksy way that I find is often missing at cafes and eateries around the DC area. Oh, and my bowl was delicious!

I found this hidden gem on yelp on my lunch break. I ordered a veggie wrap. It was delicious and fresh. I couldn't believe how fresh all the veggies in my wrap tasted. It wasn't soggy. The couple is so nice. They liked my t - shirt that said " God is dope". They are friendly. Ill come back. :) they thanked me for coming in as this was my first time.

Found this place on Yelp and saw the picture of the bulgogi rice bowl, and I knew I had to have it. The cafe is located inside a corporate building with a parking garage ($3 per hour). There's a few tables to sit at, and an abundance of drinks and snacks available. There was only one woman working, and she was working hard! She was so sweet and let us know there would be a little wait due to the group that ordered before us. We got the bulgogi rice bowl and the asian rice bowl (chicken). Our food came out piping hot with a side of gochujang for the bulgogi and I believe a chili sauce for the chicken. We both loved our food, the meat was well-seasoned and not overly salty or greasy, the veggies were fresh and delicious, and the rice was perfect. This place is a gem and deserves more love!

Their food is very delicious and the service is made to order that's why it's fresh. The couple who owns the business are the ones who are cooking serving the meal too. Their place is cute and clean. Their prices are reasonable and fair.

The bulgogi bowl is so fresh and delicious. I'm so happy I discovered this place. I've never had something I didn't like. Sonny and Bobby are so sweet and welcoming too. Tip top service.

The service here is amazing. The food is affordable and delicious. The couple that run this cafe are so sweet! 10/10 recommend!
