2.22.25Located in Eden Center. Their entrees are hearty. The entrees we ordered, com tam dac biet and com ga roti, are enoughfor two servings. Staff are friendly and attentive.I haven't been to this restaurant in several years, but it still remains one of my favorites at Eden. Highly recommend. It's top notch all around.

My mom found this place on Facebook in some DMV foodie group and really wanted to try it out because of the raving reviews. Eden Center is certainly not for the faint of drivers but it is definitely even more so on a Saturday for lunch, so make sure to get there before noon to minimize the time spent waiting! We got the com tam dac biet (#18), com ga roti (#31), and banh xeo (#93) for four people, which turned out to be perfect for us (although we do eat a little less than the average family). Portions are huge, which does generally justify the price point. The com tam dac biet was pretty standard compared to what I've had in California -- full of a variety of different pork and shrimp items. The pork was not super tender and they gave us butter knives, which was a bit of a pain because it was hard to cut through. I prefer a slightly sweeter pork chop but it was still very well seasoned. The chicken in the com ga roti was really tender and juicy, with crispy skin, which was probably my parents' favorite. The yellow rice was also not overpoweringly strong but still had a fragrant flavor.Banh xeo was crispy but the contents were not distributed evenly, so some of us got a lot more bean sprouts than others.I'd love to come back and try some of the items on their extremely extensive menu!

Just an echo of previous reviews - excellent traditional Viet food with pretty presentation - via plated & decor. The menu is a book, for good portion size - price is reasonable.Saturday afternoon at 3:30 and they were packed - plan accordingly.

Every time I take my mother in law to Eden this spot is a must for us. My MIL is a picky eater and she loves this place. It's ALWAYS crowded but the staff does a great job of servicing everyone as best as they can. I like to order the Bun Bo hue, the shrimp boi, and the nam nuong rolls

We came here for luncheon with 15 people. Make sure to reserve because they get busy all the time. It is family style here. I got the 44. Hu Tieu hoac M Chim Ct which is super healthy. It was very warm and flavorful. It's perfect for rainy or sick day. I just wish I known the quail was not going to be cut up because it's hard to eat with the soup. And the banh xeo like an omelette and crepe. It's great with the fish sauce. Recommend coming here!

By far the most contemporary-feeling venue I've visited after exploring the Eden center several times. The food is still spot on, but the vibe is different. While most restaurants at Eden have a very mom-and-pop authentic feel to them, Rice Paper feels more like a higher-end restaurant you can find in DC. The physical menu is well crafted, the room is brightly lit and very presentable; it just looks really good.Fortunately the food is just as good. I asked for recommendations and was told about their hot pot. I wasn't hungry for that big of a meal so I got something smaller, including some fried egg rolls. While my main dish was good, I gotta say - those egg rolls were the bomb! They were so good I ended up ordering a different set of rolls just to balance them out.

Great Vietnamese restaurant with delicious and a variety of dishes. The dishes are very creative with many different meats and ingredients. I had the Bun Bo Hue and it was definitely on par with a lot of different ingredients and meats. Very unique and I would definitely recommend the Bun Bo Hue here.It does get very busy during peak hours so be prepared to wait.

Yummy & fast food! Really busy on a Saturday so get ready to wait. I had the #56 and the pork and shrimp were perfect and I finished the meal with a Vietnamese iced coffee. Will be back!

A nice upscale Vietnamese restaurant. First time here in Virginia so family took us here and it didn't disappoint.Got the Dau Hu Chin (spicy tofu) and it was delicious! Wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be. Nice flavor and the right level of pepper so it wasn't as tingly as other tofus.

We used to love this place, it was excellent 10 years ago. Well.... Everything changes. Was quite a disappointment. They must have changed the cook or/and the owner. Fresh Spring Roll used to have one full jumbo shrimp rolled in it. It is half of it now, and it seems they changed the choice of fresh herbs ( like Thai mint) that they used to have, I found it quite blah tasting
