Rice Guys

Nice, satisfying, comforting, affordable bowl of halal meats. I like to get the combo chicken + gyro rice bowls, and it's satisfying. The sauces are good, and the spicy sauce is appropriately very spicy. Rice is perfectly cooked and textured, not too soggy, not too hard. The chicken is appropriately spiced, juicy, and red. The gyro meat is pretty good too. All around, a solid bowl for when you want a no fuss casual halal chicken bowl. I drive here from Annandale since there aren't a lot of good options down there.

The food here is pretty good. I got takeout from here, and got the cambo gyro, which had both chicken and beef gyro. It was good, but not my favorite. The gyro felt light and on the healthier side, which I liked, but I felt like it was missing something. Compared to other gyro places I have had in the area, it is solid, but not the best. The portion size also felt on the small side. I would probably come back here again, but it is not my go-to place for gyros.

We took it to go. It's pretty solid, 4.5 food. It reminds me a little of dcg but less greasy and more healthy tasting. . I got the gyro platter with rice and salad. You can easily make the meal into two by getting extra dressings and adding salad at home. A lot of rice and meat in the platter. The gyro was very tasty and tender. Sometimes when you get gyro it can be a little dry at other places. The salad was fresh and the rice was not greasy. I think my main critique is the white dressing tasted a little like ranch. And I feel you do need extra dressings or it misses a little flavor.

Small spot but great food! I got the chicken over rice platter and asked for their seasoned rice. It was a large platter and very filling. The white sauce was delicious, the chicken was so flavorful and I loved the salad it came with. I wish it was a little spicier so I may ask for that next time. For seating there's some inside and more outside. Overall a great spot!

We saw Rice Guys while we were in the area, and we noticed it was a newly opened eatery - at first, I thought it was an Asian eatery, but it offers Mediterranean/Middle Eastern fare!The menu includes salads, platters, kabobs, sandwiches, and sides.We tried:+the Chicken Over Rice - you can customize it with toppings+the Quabili Palau - prepared with beef, rice, fried carrots, and raisins; came with a choice of a side and salad+and, the Super Dish - this included a skewer of chicken, sahmi, and lamb kabob; kabobs come with rice, a choice of a side, and saladService was friendly, and there's seating inside.Parking can be found on the street, around the area, as there isn't a designated lot

Today is their first day in business and let me tell you it is one of the most delicious food I have ever had. It tastes so home cooked it reminded me my mom. I highly recommend the food. The owner is a very nice polite gentlemen and I really like how welcoming his attitude has been as well. Very accommodating.The store is very cozy and while it's only three tables it is most likely geared towards take out and outside catering.

There food is great, kinda like halal guys but different in a good way! Guys are super friendly and nice and the portions they give are large!

Very tasty. We enjoyed the lamb shank, chicken thighs and Shami Kabob. Rice was good and sauces tasty. We appreciated the cooling salad that came with each dish. It was all very filling. We will order again! *we ordered delivery since parking is tough and it worked out wonderfully.

Great local gem and amazing portions for your money. No parking so I park on the street by bake shop and pickup.

New spot that quickly became our go-to. Best kabobs in the area, especially considering the reasonable prices. Shami kabob is phenomenal and chicken is always juicy.
