I really like this (fairly new) Canes. I've visited a few times during extremely busy times and my food has come out quickly and the service has been very friendly. Be forewarned though that this is a VERY busy location on weekends, so if you can order ahead or use one of the touchscreens I'd do that instead of waiting in line.As far as the food goes, I've always loved Canes lightly breaded tenders and crinkle fries and their sauce is sooo good.

Worst cane's I've ever been to. We had a horrible experience at this location. Food is overly salted and there was a rude employee. Tons of kids at this location too as they host birthday parties here so their screaming is amplified due to the all encased glass building. With loud music playing on top. If you want to leave with a headache and some hearing loss, then dine here.TLDR: Extremely noisy. Food too salty. Poor customer service.

I always tell myself that I don't like canes; but, tell me why I keep coming back..BECAUSE ITS SOO GOOD.I always get the Caniac combo to share with my boyfriend, I sub out the cole slaw for an extra toast and add one more piece of chicken. The tenders are always fried to perfection, they always come out juicy and crunchy. The sauce is okay but, I do NOT like the Cole slaw.. the toast is great though.Service is always great and the place is always clean

The chicken fingers are extremely bland on their own, but with the cane's sauce, they're delicious. The tenders are crispy and moist, and the fries are great. The texas toast was soft but a tad soggy. Raising Cane's isn't something I would go out of my way for, but it's certainly a good spot for a quick meal (our online order was ready in about 5 min!). If they just salted their tenders and offered more sauce options, this would be a 5 star. Their menu is super simple, which isn't a bad thing, but having more than just cane's sauce wouldn't hurt.

This location just opened near my work place and I was excited to try it! I went for lunch and it was super busy, but the staff were very nice and polite. They have plenty of seating and they are on top of maintaining tables clean.I didn't have to wait long for my 3 piece combo meal, which I was surprised about since it was busy. The chicken fingers were a little thinner than I would have hoped for, but it tasted good. The standouts for me were the fries and the canes sauce. The sweet tea could have used a bit more sugar though.

Bruh, I feel like people are ordering fast food and expecting a steakhouse. It's a Raising Cane's - you get exactly what you expect with some pretty good fresh chicken tenders. It's not mind-blowing chicken and you usually have to dip it in the Cane's sauce, which feels like super Thousand Island. Then you got Texas Toast, crinkle fries, and coleslaw in the mix. That's basically all you get. It's convenient and marginally cheaper/faster than your other chicken options. And unlike what these reviews were scaring me of, it's pretty much the average Cane's experience. Usually don't hit up this side of Seven Corners often but now I will when I want chicken.Although all the Shark Tank advertisements. Literally y LOL

I have fond memories of the Charlottesville Raising Canes being the spot to go to "back in my day" so it was cool to hear they were opening up one so close to me. As far as this new location, it is in Seven Corners so traffic can be a little stressful in the area, but once you get there, parking was easy to get. There was a line out the door when I arrived but it was just bad timing on my part cause the line moved super quick with the option to use two kiosks OR order with three different people. There was also a greeter who was helping move the line along. While I knew what I was getting into, it is worth mentioning for newbies that this place ONLY serves chicken tenders. There are no burgers, only tenders. There are no hot dogs, only tenders. Even the "chicken sandwich" is tenders on bun. So best to know that you want chicken tenders when coming here! Because they specialize in one thing, service is quick and food is out to you fresh. Don't forget to ask for extra canes sauce! My friends were all fans of the iced tea, by i prefer lemonade, both worth a try!My group and I hung out for a bit and the staff was super friendly and even helped clean up some of our trash even though we were supposed to bus our own table.

I tried this place with my family, and I left puzzled by the hype. The food was fine, but kind of expensive for what it is and definitely not the best chicken tenders I've had (off the top of my head, the tenders are much better at nearby Ruthies All Day, Hot and Juicy Crawfish, and Hot Lola's to name a few). Similarly, the French fries were fine, but nothing special. We did like their Texas toast, but again nothing special. Also, the much lauded Cane's sauce was very disappointing - it had a very strong black pepper taste, and is much worse than similar dipping sauces I've had like the "come back" sauce at Hot Lola's.The only thing that I thought was actually very good was the lemonade. I might go back for that on a hot summer day.

Love the tenders here and fast service serving up piping hot food. When busy, the line is out the door, but this is the whole line, they let people in when it's their turn. Not sure what they'll do when it's raining or cold. One time I ordered with no slaw extra toast and the employee told me to eat my vegetables. Haha very funny. Now I order at the kiosk if I can because it's not judgemental. But it's so good to have the raising cane's in my neighborhood, I have been waiting for this moment for two years. All Hail Raising Cane's! Woot Woot!
