My BEST BISCUITS & GRAVY ever!!! My favorite Breakfast spot in the DMV.Nice place limited seating. Amazing service!

Just what we were looking for--food was good and came out quickly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, if no-frills. Service was friendly.The biscuits were good and the sausage gravy was tasty and not too gloopy. The sweet potato tater tots were good--some kind of dipping sauce would have been nice.The portions were good sized for the price.

Cons: Not much seating, Strawberry Shorty needs more syrup and biscuits and gravy needs more gravy.Pros: Moist biscuits, very fresh and large portions, homemade food, very clean environment, nice employees, vegan menu too.

The interior was surprisingly smaller than anticipated, leaving little space for a group of more than three adults with children.You can order food yourself, but you'll have to get up and walk to the front desk. I ordered the Caesar salad, which surprisingly took longer to arrive than the biscuit meal we had ordered. The sweet potato tots and potato wedges were passable, but nothing extraordinary. The egg biscuit was well-presented, but it was a lot of food at once, so sharing might be a good idea if you're not particularly hungry.Overall, the restaurant wasn't bad, but I wouldn't return unless it was just me and one other person due to the limited seating.

I love biscuits so I was looking forward to trying Preservation Biscuit Company! I tried the PBC, which was a little on the expensive side for a biscuit sandwich, however it is a pretty good size. The chicken was juicy and well-fried and the biscuit was super moist. However, I do kind of wish there was more of the hot honey or if there were some kind of other sauce - even with the coleslaw and the pimento cheese it was overall a little dry. There are very few tables inside but when I went on a weekday it wasn't that crowded. Overall good to satisfy a biscuit craving!

Came here for a quick little treat because I wanted to try their vegan menu & I was not disappointed! I ordered the Vegan PBC and loved the sauces they had on there. Very flavourful. Also, the vegan biscuits are quality! A little too thick for my liking so I ended up taking the top biscuit off and enjoying that separately with some honey.I can't wait to go back and try the Vegan Southern Belle !The service was great and you will have to wait a bit for you food to be ready, but once it is, it's fresh! I wanted a flavored iced coffee with my breakfast sandwich, and the girl behind the counter let me know they don't have flavor for their iced coffee but told me about the bakery on the corner, which does.

I personally was really disappointed. The biscuits were not as good as I expected them to be. They aren't as good as some of the other spots in the area. They just don't HIT the spot in that hold ole country southern way. We orderedThe PBC 7/10 Southern belle 7/10 Overall, I probably wouldn't come back. The service was good. The inside is small and has limited seats first come first serve. Also, the parking lot is realllyyyy tiny too. So be aware of those things if you come during busy hours.

Hidden gem and great breakfast/brunch spot. Ordered the avocado sandwich which had egg and bacon as well. Hot sauce available upon request!Service was prompt and the vibe was very low key and chill.

Wow this was good. I was planning on a simple bagel, but this caught my eye.There was a special, basically biscuits and gravy with bacon and fried chicken. Totally worth the calories!Will come back to try more.

The space is small, but the biscuit is mighty! The biscuits are nearly 4" high and packed full of fluffy buttery flavor. The eggs on the biscuits were perfectly cooked. I liked the pickled onions on The Brekkie, they had a great crunch and flavor. The jams (mango, blueberry, and strawberry) were homemade and perfectly spreadable. They were packed with flavor too! I enjoyed the mango most. Ordering at the counter was simple and the menu was longer than I had expected. We were able to score a table, but if you come during a busy time, I'm sure that it would be hard considering there's only five tables in this tiny place. They're gonna be quite a line if you come during a busy time. I wish that we had actual utensils instead of plastic. It would be nice for the environment and it would make cutting through the enormous biscuit a bit easier. The wobbly plastic silverware made it a little bit difficult.
