Ambiance: (5/5) plenty of seating. Loved the 90's feel of the decor. Price: (5/5) I was here for restaurant we so those prices were great. $40 for 4 courses. Food: (4/5) I really enjoyed the Tex-Mex rolls. It seemed like a bean salsa wrapped in puff pastry. The calamari was crispy. The salad was good. I probably would've just got a different dressing. I think the avocado dressing was just a bit thick. The main Louisiana pasta that I got was underwhelming. When I think of Louisiana pasta, I'm thinking more creamy and spicy. I like that they had chicken and shrimp and tomatoes, but it was lacking spice. The warm apple tart was incredible.Service: (5/5) staff is great. Food comes out quick.

My first visit to this restaurant. The food quality is excellent, and good service! Also the environment is great, and good for a family lunch.

I have been here twice now within the past month. The first time the customer service was lacking.. took really long & the server completely forgot about us and then the wrong salads were brought out. The second time, customer service was great. Our waitress was super helpful & quick. The food tasted a lot better, just missing salt. Our steak temp has also never been accurate (asked for medium) I feel like this place might a hit or miss!? Maybe third times the charm!

The service here was awesome, all of their staff were kind, friendly, and helpful during our whole visit! The ambiance of the restaurant was very traditional and old style being cool and clean. However, the food wasn't the best. The food came out quick which was awesome but we ordered a Caesar salad, full rack of ribs, and the Big Daddy Burger which didn't amaze us.

So I usually do take out because I love the fried zucchini. But on 9/6 (my birthday) I decide to go in have some drinks And get my favorite WORST idea ever Young lady that took my drink order very rude at the bar so I paid then went to sit in bar area waited 45min and then finally a waitress walked by and help after I complain that no onnnne came to ask me did I need anything thank you young lady for the drink very very bad customer service I don't want pull the race card butttttttttttt ‍‍‍‍

I've driven past PJ Skidoos multiple times, and have always wanted to stop in. I'm happy I did. Inside you're greeted by a friendly hostess who walks you through a beautiful, dark wood, dining room. The walls are covered with relics from the past. We ordered finger foods: chicken fingers, and potato skins. Both were outstanding. Lastly, I ordered the French Onion (I try them wherever I go). Overall the FO Soup was good, it had the perfect amount of cheese and wasn't overwhelming with onions. My only suggestion would be a pinch more salt in the broth. Side note* I would have ordered an Old Fashion if the bar had ice molds (Large Ice Cube). I'm not sure why bars don't carry the silicone molds to make them. All that being said, I'll be back, and I'll bring friends.

I've visited a few times now for their thirst Thursday deal. It's happy hour until 8 pm and then $1 drinks for power hour 8-9 PM. Overall, it's a good deal but very many college kids, which is understandable given the area + prices. They also have good deals on food. Definitely come early before it packs up. I've tried their nachos, zucchini fries, and calamari now. All are great but the nachos are my favorite. Definitely standard bar food but it's cheap and does the job.Parking is easy if you choose to drive.

Would highly recommended this place for lunch and dinner. Entertainment on Thursdays are hip with young and mixed crowd, weekends are also great! If you have any guests visiting, this is the place for great food, ambiance impeccable service, great wait staff and utmost hospitality at its best! Overall, Top Notch! A Wonderful Treasure in The DMV Fairfax, VA area!

12/24/24 at approx 730 pm: 1. - the hostess (or whoever is answering phone calls) is amazing! 2 - the solo bartender - must be the most rude and as*hole ish bartender i have ever encountered. And I tipped 20% on a carry out order of 2 items. (prior to his bs attitude) regretting paying immediately ..moreover, he basically threw my carry out bag at me and walked away .
