A permanent pop up inside their workshop where they make pinsa (pizza with a light and crispy crust) every day to sell in the frozen section at area Whole Foods, it's worth a visit for a more unique pizza experience. The founder is from Bethesda, but trained in Italy on how to create the dough. When you walk inside, order from the screen. There are 21 different kinds of pinsa. One is filling for one adult and I recommend the pinsa with lots of different meats and jalapeno on it. They also sell bottled water and San Pelligrino. Since the space is their production area, there aren't restrooms or a place to wipe your hands. (It's oily!) There are a few tables outside.

I discovered pinsa when traveling in Italy. Happy to find that an authentic pinsa source right here in DC. Although frozen it cooks perfectly and compares to anything I've had in Italy. The bottom and edges are crisp, but light. Subtly different flavor and texture to the dough. Shared with friends who are ordering online to be shipped as well. The Carbone is a nice surprise if you've never seen a "charcoal" colored dough. Pinsa Love is a perfect name. Complimenti!

This is a great (but small) pizza product. It arrives frozen but its easy and simple to heat in a toaster oven. The crust is absolutely superb & the ingredients are top quality.We have ordered a number of PL pizzas a number of times and every one of the many we have had have been excellent! Especially liked: Foresta, Carbone, Nonna. We want to try the truffle and fig.Highly recommended compared to overly salted, heavy industrial pies or the frozen Stoneground in supermarket freezer sections.
