The bf and I were feeling hungry so we ordered an extra bowl of pig feet. Yummy! And I make my own sauce
Bun rieu, not bad but hubby's version made at home was more flavorful
Bun bo hue
Bun bo hue - spicier than at other restaurants, yet so delicious.

I come to Eden often but this was My first time eating here and I'm so glad I came across this restaurant. It's not a large space so you feel really at home. The owner and staff were really nice. We were greeted and then automatically bought a green tea before we asked. We didn't mind If you want something else I think you can ask. I'm not sure if there are menus as I think most people come for the Bo Bun Hue. The Bo Bun Hue was so good! It's spicy so if you don't like spicy or pork you may want something else, but it's so full of flavor and good for you. It's a cash only restaurant and really worth it. They also have a mini market in front to get produce.

Delicious BBH! We asked for no ham hocks. Broth is a nice favor and spicier than most other places I've tried in NOVA. This spot is located inside the shopping center at a corner spot. They sell a variety of prepared food, fruit and veggies in the hallway. Inside is about a dozen small tables with very basic decor. Their menu is very small and focused; nothing wrong with that.

The bun bo hue (BBH) is delicious! When we arrived, we noticed the restaurant is now called Phung Le. They have a smaller selection of vietnamese noodle soups compared to the other restaurants in Eden center but I highly recommend if you are craving BBH! It has a nice spicy kick and is immersed with lots of lemongrass flavor. Even though it didnt have the pork blood and cha lua it was still really tasty. We also enjoyed the iced tea that was served - I forgot to ask what tea they used but I think it is barley tea and it was very refreshing. 5 stars for the bomb BBH!

Authentic bun bo hue tucked away inside Eden Center. Hole in the wall, no frills - cash only eatery. Small space with limited seating. Friendly service. Highly recommend.P. S. If it's your first time at Eden Center, this restaurant isn't a store front, it's inside of a mini plaza within the building.

Pro: Very friendly staff. Bun Bo Hue was ok. Con: Bun Mam. The broth itself was decent. They give you a few small shrimps and 2-3 pieces of white fish. The fish tasted rubbery. Tasted like it has been in the freezer for awhile and it was thrown into the broth. I wanted more ingredients such as Eggplants, Bitter melon or squid. It is a place for a quick cheap meal, not quality ingredients.

By far the best Bun Bo Hue in the area! When they say it's spicy, ITS SPICY! For the kiddios, you can ask for it to be less spicy and it'll still be tasty. Lots of meat and noodles and for the price you can't beat it. I have also tried the Bun Mam and the broth was strong with lots of fish and shrimp. The restaurant itself is very small but the workers are friendly (even to those that don't speak Vietnamese)The owners knows my grandma and family, so it's always nice to see how hard working they are and that business is good. Especially when there's lots of competition at Eden. Highly recommend coming here!

THIS IS THE BEST BUN BO HUE IN THE DMV AREA HANDS DOWN!!!!! I've tried several other bun bo hue noodle soups in the area, but this is by FAR the best. This is a small unassuming restaurant tucked into the crevices of Eden Center, but once you make the trek to this place, you will be awarded with some amazing noodle soup. There is a menu available in English. If you can speak Vietnamese with them, that's even better ;) One time, I overheard a large table of Vietnamese people from Hue (A city in Vietnam where Bun Bo Hue originated from!) exclaim that this place reminds them of Bun Bo Hue from home -- and asking where the cooks were from, and how did they learn to make it so authentic? This is my GO-TO place for bun bo hue because of its authentic and S P I C Y broth, PLENTIFUL portions of meat, and perfect noodle texture. Note: I do always ask for the broth to be less spicy, so that is an option for y'all. I have not tried the bun mam soup, but my Vietnamese boyfriend has tried it and does recommend it. Did I also mention that they also give free iced tea (I believe it's called tra sam dua) to cool you down after a spicy bowl of Bun Bo Hue? One visit, we were particularly struggling with the spiciness and they gave us another round of iced tea! The price is not bad for a hearty meal -- around $11ish dollars per bowl. I'm pretty sure they are CASH ONLY so plan accordingly.I have gone here before and during the COVID-19 pandemic - because the restaurant is a bit small, I would just be cautious if you choose to dine-in -- it might get crowded at times-- otherwise they offer to-go! Now that youre done perusing my review...I think it's time for you to try Phung Hoang! See ya there!

I have gone to multiple restaurants within Eden center and nearby cities to get bun Bo hue, but this place is the best in my opinion. If there's a specific garnish that you want, you can ask to see if they have it. Friendly service. They renamed it to Mạnh Trang restaurant, but it's inside Eden plaza near Dat Viet Cargo.
