Came here for dinner with a couple of friends and was not the best experience. When looking through the menu, I asked if there was beef soup that had no pork because I do not eat pork. The server was very polite and pointed out which one had only beef. When I got the soup I saw a piece of meat that did not looked like beef so I asked the same server and she said it was pork sausage. I mentioned to her that I had ordered a beef soup with no pork because I can't eat pork. That is when either the manager or owner came and said he would give me another soup. They did give me a new soup but I was left unsure whether they just removed the sausages or if they actually gave me a new fresh soup. I do not expect for the staff to accommodate to every customer's needs but it would've been nice if the server was more helpful and aware of my request. I did not end up eating the soup as I did not feel comfortable eating it.The ambiance of the restaurant is great, they had music, and it was very busy and nicely decorated but I do not think I will be coming back.

If you want straight up pho, there are other places in the area that I think are better, and you'll have a wider selection elsewhere. The banh mi was pretty good, but maybe a bit expensive for what I got.We came for a late lunch (1pm) on a Saturday and the place was crowded. After we had been seated for a few minutes, there were a few groups of people waiting for tables. So, this place is popular and the food is pretty good, but I've had better pho and I'm guessing I can find a better banh mi as well.I had the Personal Palette Pho and Pork belly Banh Mi. My dining partner had the Chicken Pho.The personal palette pho came with a selection of 3 proteins (from among steak (which I think is eye round), meatballs, brisket, flank, and tendon). I choose steak/brisket/flank. The broth was very flavorful and the beef was meaty. All the noodles were of one type and thin. At other places, you'll find slightly larger/wider noodles and/or a mix of noodle sizes, but the thinness of the noodles here made them feel a bit too soft and soggy. Table condiments included Huy Fong Sriracha and an unknown brand of Hoisin sauce. As for the banh mi, the baguette was crispy on the outside with a soft interior. When biting into it, the outside easily collapsed and crumbled into innumerable crusty bits. The pork belly was tasty with the fat rendered to a sweet stickiness. While it was really good, I felt the filling portion was on the small side. There was too much bread to filling. We asked about the two different prices for the sandwiches and the server said they are for a smaller round bun vs. the larger baguette. The chicken pho was fine. It came in the same broth as the beef pho with large thin slices of white meat chicken. Unless you have something particular against having beef in your pho, I recommend just getting a beef one and skipping the chicken. As I mentioned at the beginning, the pho selection here is pretty limited. And for what you get, you're better off going to one of the other pho places in the Chantilly/western Fairfax area. You'll have just as good flavor, probably a slightly larger serving, and more meat selection. I'll probably seek out another banh mi place before coming back here as well.

Pho Towda is located in the Fairfax Towne Center right across Regal Theatres. They replaced the Italian place that used to be here. I tried their signature spring roll and stone bowl pho. The spring rolls were some of the best I've had in NoVA. In terms of the stone bowl pho, I think the broth has a rich taste and it comes out boiling hot. However, once you add the noodles, the temperature of the broth drops significantly. I would rather have pho served in one bowl. Overall, the service was very good. It didn't feel messy and the food was good.

Nice upper scale pho place where the pho is genuinely good. Don't miss their banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) as they make it very well here. They also offer Vietnamese egg coffee (hot or cold) that's not available at any other pho places. Also, don't miss their signature stone bowl pho where the broth comes out in a steaming hot stone bowl and beef/fixings on the side. The broth stays very hot and you can make the pho according to how you like it. We've enjoyed all the dishes we've tried here and service is also great. This place would be our regular go-to for pho if we lived closer by.

With the cold weather coming in, we wanted to warm up with a piping hot bowl of pho. Where else to get that than a pho served in a stone bowl. The stone bowl pho was pretty good here. A nice deep beef flavor that wasn't too oily and stayed hot longer than a normal bowl. A very solid bowl and will have to come back for their Bun Bo Hue that looked really good as well! Entrees: Stone Pot Pho

I came here when they first opened but they ran out of pho. Came back recently to finally give it a try and was happy they had not run out of pho that day. The egg rolls here are decent size and taste a bit different from what I'm used to. Service was good and the wait staff are pretty attentive if you need anything. The ambience is definitely geared towards the younger social media-friendly crowd. As for the pho, I had high expectations since I'd heard people rave about it but I honestly didn't think it was better than pho 75 (which I consider a baseline for our area). The meat quality is good but that's just part of the equation. The broth tasted a bit blander than I'd like. I'm definitely gonna give them another shot since it could have been an off day and I also want to try the charcoal bread banh mi.

5 stars = repeat spotTL;DR: banhmi was soooo goodWhen you come in, you get hit with a wave of delicious food smells. You can wait to be seated or you can order a pick-up order at the kiosk at the front. FOOD: ~Thai iced tea (3/5): tea tasted a little burnt~Savory crispy eggrolls (3/5): nice and crispy, but filling was a little lacking~TD signature rolls (5/5): grilled pork, veggies, and an eggroll rolled up in rice paper - SO delicious and unique~Garden rolls (3/5): standard roll. It was a little loosely rolled, so fell apart~Personal palette pho (3/5): broth flavor was very light~Grilled pork banhmi (5/5): LOVED this banhmi. Pork is flavorful. Veggies are cut to the perfect thickness. The bread is so light and airy. Craveable~Pork belly banhmi (3.9/5): really good portion of pork belly, but needed a little more seasoning/some pieces were tougher~Cold cut banhmi (4/5): a nice refreshing alternative to their cooked meat banhmis. Overall, really tasty if you want a colder sandwichThis is definitely my go-to spot for banh mi and those specialty rolls!

We loved the Stone bowl pho (phở thố đá)! The broth was fragrant, flavorful and stayed pretty hot for a while in the stone bowl. I expected the beef to be a bit tough since I saw that they were sliced a bit thicker than normal hot pot brisket, but they were surprisingly very tender! The bun bo Hue (spicy noodle soup) was spicy and had the authentic spice and fragrant of the traditional dish that I grew up with. It also came with a good amount of meat and a big piece of pork knuckle. The iced ube coconut egg coffee was absolutely delicious! The coconut added a subtle nuttiness flavor to the creamy egg coffee! The service was prompt and friendly. Ambiance is casual. I loved all of the plant decorations! One of the owners served us and recommended the bánh mì (sandwiches), so we'll definitely return to try those and other dishes as well!
