This was the worst Vietnamese I've ever had. I ordered takeout and got the lemongrass tofu with steamed rice. The tofu was so hard, it was unchewable. The rest of the dish had no flavor at all. I tossed it after a few bites. While I appreciate the vegetarian option, this was awful.

It's tough to give Pho Hoa Binh 2 stars but the food was not good. The lemongrass tofu had no flavor. The tofu was tough to chew through and I wouldn't recommend it. The summer rolls were good and a better value imo. more tragic than the food is the parking situation out front. No parking, tight turns and combined with the mid food, I won't be stopping into this shopping center again. Parking is catastrophic and not worth fighting for with the food.

Pho Hoa Binh is a reliable spot for pho - not the absolute best I've ever had, but it's become my go-to since it's conveniently close to my house. The pho is solid, and the fried wontons are fantastic. The service is pretty good, and the interior is standard for a pho restaurant. It may not be a standout, but for a satisfying bowl of pho near home, it does the trick.

This place has been solid for over ten years. I returned for the first time since 2011. Still a great shop for a bowl. Parking is slim and on uneven terrain, so be careful!

Loved this place for delicious pho on a winter night with friends! I had P12, the Tai Chin Pho (with steak & brisket), and it was delicious. The large size is a massive serving at an excellent price and I brought home enough leftovers for at least one more meal (probably 2!) I also loved the Thai tea. We also had two appetizers of the fried spring rolls. Service was also fast and friendly. Looking forward to coming back!

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. Variety of dishes. My kids love the lemon grass chicken/beef rice dish and I like their pho.Their summer rolls and spring rolls are good too.

I cannot begin to say enough nice things about this place. Another unassuming drive-to Vietnamese pho restaurant with a stellar product. For years now, anytime I'm in this part of MoCo and want pho I come here. Per this February 2022 #covid19 review, indoor dining was fully on (not to a packed restaurant tho), but there's a 1 gallon of hand sanitizer and lettering asking for its use greeting you at the entrance. The best part of any soup? The broth. Such good (beef) broth it's that right balanced between being slightly umami and maintaining that warm and comforting feeling. Noodles are stacked up well, and they're vegetarian pho is by far and away the best sincere attempt at catering to vegetarians I've seen. I also distinctly remember liking their cuts of meat in the soup too - the eye-round and brisket being my personal favorites. Their spring rolls hold up well too, but tonight's review was based on the vegetarian pho w/ beef broth. They've updated the interior, clean and warm in that sanitized easy-to-wipe-down sorta way. There's a TV (of course this is America), but it isn't intrusive. Good for kids and groups! And also their takeout game fire! Ready in 10 (and they mean it), beautifully prepared for the journey home - and the staff know you're coming make it a treat to pop in and out. So when you're feeling sick, or just downright comfy, you can get koala-tea pho for under $30 between you and a partner/friend.

The food is not as good as before. The beef slices were chunked and hard to chew. There are dark spots on the basil leaves. The waitress is soooo unprofessional. I ordered a noodle soup to go and she just packed it with the lid on it. There was no extra protection like the plastic wrap to seal the container. I had to hold the bag when I was driving home. Shamed on the unprofessional service. It is unbelievable! I attached the pictures. That's exactly how she packed the soup cup.
