The best pho in Rockville! Cash only. The pho here surpasses any others around. The soup, a deep and beefy stock that will surely warm you during any cold weather. The toppings fresh and the meat galore, not like the skimpy meat toppings at others. Forget inflation, a large bowl is only about $12. Who in the world gets a small at $11. Always packed. Get the #1.The service here is as fast as it can be for a family run restaurant that's always full during rush hours. The ambiance feels like Asia and has a bit of a vintage feel.

Pho was decent! If you're lookin( for an affordable, quick meal this is your spot. It doesn't compare to spots on the West coast or a home-cooked pho though if that's what you're looking for. But it gets the job done on a cold day! Cash only so don't forget to bring cash!Parking can be chaos no matter what time of day because of all the restaurants in this tiny plaza. We went over to the Giant and parked over there. Saw a few other ppl did the same.

A great bowl of pho for a good price. I went here with family on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. We speak Vietnamese so communication was easier, but even so, they are a little sassy and/or rude lol. The pho came out pretty quickly. The table had all of the different broths, beef, chicken, and vegetable. I enjoyed my chicken pho and drank up all the soup haha. I also tried a sip of the vegetable broth and it was good! My partner said it was in the top two of best vegetable pho broth he's tried. This isn't a place you go for a fancy meal and great service, it's more of a casual spot, but the pho is good and reasonably priced.

Delicious broth. The food is always fresh and soup is hot. This is my go to when I am under the weather. Bring cash.

The pho here is very good and tasty, and so is the Vietnamese coffee. I had the Number 1 pho on the menu (Tai, Nam, Gau, Gan, Sach ... slices of eye-round steak, well-done flank, fat brisket, soft tendon, and beef tripe). I also had the Vietnamese coffee with sweetened condensed milk. Just for your information, they take cash only, which I think gives this place a very nice and unique charm. The only downside is that the hot Vietnamese coffee came in a plastic cup, and I do not think it is even good to have hot drinks in a plastic cup. The two locations I went to in Virginia used real, regular, reusable tea cups to put the coffee in. Otherwise, all else was good. The staff were nice, the food was good, and prices were very reasonable.

This place is the GOAT of Pho. Time after time, restaurants come and go but the excellence of the broth here doesn't change. Sometimes, I come often. Sometimes it's months before I return but each time I am welcomed by the quality taste that is always the same and never compromised. A lot of new Asian restaurants are popping up in the Rockville area which is great. But if Pho is what you're looking for here's where you need to come.

I used to love this place but have been disappointed by the service and quality of the restaurant. They've seem to renovate the place, painting the interior blue and returning to some pre-covid things (i specify below).Had three different interactions with the staff that left a bad taste in my mouth. They're quite rude to their guests and have little patience. Some staff show visible frustration at customers when they don't get what they're trying to say. It's really upsetting seeing how the staff belittle loyal customers. Just because of the service alone I'd go to another place.Some positives that keep me from giving them a one star for service are the changes they have made to their restaurant. Before the broth was very watered down, now it seems to have returned to how it was in the past. They've also returned their regular utensils and no longer use plastic spoons, dixie plates, and wooden chopsticks for their sit-in dining. Also now use gloves to distribute soups, yay.

The worst customer service ever. I asked for a sauce but I was given the wrong one so I asked the old lady to give me another one. She gave me the what I asked for with her bad facial expression and an attitude. She didn't give me extra sauce and treated like a child. So disrespectful. I don't know why there are people who working in jobs that involves customer service and treat their customers like this.

Previous time I visited this restaurant was about 15 years ago and it was decent.Today's visit was unpleasant. The pho was cold and had a strong smell of chlorine water. The tea was really diluted with no taste at all. It is sad the nice restaurant in the past became so bad.
