Pho 75

The sweet scent of nostalgia hit me like a warm hug the moment I walked into Pho 75 with my family. This Rosslyn gem has been a cornerstone of my childhood memories, and today it proved that some things never change in the best way possible.The food here is as consistent as my love for pho. I got my usual pho bo vien gau and it was absolute perfection. It's so good, I dream about it like it's an old flame I can't forget. Every sip of that rich, fragrant broth felt like a time machine back to my happiest days.And let's talk about the staff--they're efficiency goals! Fast, friendly, and so sweet, they make sure your bowl of pho arrives before you even have time to get hangry. Visiting Pho 75 today was like revisiting a favorite book: comforting, nostalgic, and just as incredible as I remembered.Definitely stop by if you're in the Arlington/DC area looking for warm cuddles in the form of hearty addicting beef broth and soft pillowy rice noodles!!~

I was told by multiple people this was not only the best pho in the DMV, but also the best restaurant in Rosslyn.I came on a Friday night after work (prime time). Another yelper said this was organized chaos. Thats a perfect description. You will stand in a long line in front and the employees will look at you, confirm your people, and point to chair. That being said, the line MOVES QUICK. Do be don't be deterred if the line looks big. Also, get ready to get comfy because Pho 75 has a family style type of sitting arrangement (you may sit next to some potentially new friends).The menu is small consisting of almost entirely different types of beef pho (there is a chicken option). When you order, the food comes VERY fast.The pho has a lot of flavor, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the beef is tender. I had to get another side order of brisket to help with the beef to broth ratio (I got the large). Even with my addition, my soup came out to $15. When you're done eating you just walk to the register to pay without a bill. Some how they know exactly what you got. I love it . There's really nothing bad to say about this place! If you're looking for a great pho place, I think you found your go-to.

Pho 75 is a simple, no-frills, cash-only restaurant that gives away pretty much its whole menu in the name.It's an Arlington staple for good pho at a great price. I used to come here all the time when I lived here. Stopping by again last night, the pho is still good, but not quite as amazing as I remember.The service is exactly what I remember: organized chaos. Expect a bit of a wait during peak meal times, and don't be surprised if you're seated next to a stranger -- they have no qualms making the most of the real estate on the floor.Definitely a great option for pho in Arlington, just beware the dining experience itself will resemble a communal food hall more than a restaurant.

It was cold, snowy and frigid. Yes, I wanted pho! So we trekked out to Pho 75 in Arlington. This Washington DC based chain has quite a few locations and it was actually the first pho place I ever ate at - although my maiden pho experience was the Rockville location. So, we were happy to return.Pho 75 kills me. They don't do anything to decorate the dining room. Maybe there is an Asian statue at the entrance signifying prosperity. There is a big sign on the wall that says something I cannot understand. But, other than that, nothing adorns the streaked and dirty walls. The floors need replacing. The seats are standard issue low cost; the tables - rickety and worn out. They clearly don't care about how the restaurant looks and - you know what - they don't have to!!!The pho is just about the best I have ever had! The broth is steaming hot and so complex. It burned going down when it was first served and it warmed me up instantly. I got a large #12 and there was so much meat in it!!!! Basil is my favorite addition to pho and I loaded it up. The soup was so good that I quickly forgot about the dirty walls, the worn floor and the rickety tables.I also am impressed with the service. Don't misunderstand me - it's not really good. They are not welcoming or friendly. But, Pho 75 is so busy that they do not have time for such niceties. The workers are all business. As soon as people get up and leave, the table is cleared, cleaned and the old guy waves you over. You better move fast too because he will move on to the next group if you dilly dally. In any other restaurant, I would never return. However, in Pho 75, where the line to sit never got short, I understood why they organized themselves that way. However, when you pay, it would be nice if there was some friendliness or polite talk. There is really no reason to be so quiet and stern at that point.Because of the decoration and the check out, I have given only 4 stars but, let there be no doubt, the pho at Pho 75 is top notch and delicious!!! I recommend it for a fast and casual meal anytime!!!

This pho was delicious but the service wasn't the best. They definitely were able to get us out of the line and into a seat in less than 5 minutes. There isn't enough time to think when ordering your food, so def come prepared with your order. The only options are pho. Remember CASH ONLY, but I wish they would accept credit cards cause we were lucky to have had some cash lying around. The pho felt like a warm hug that didn't end for as long as it takes you to finish it. I'm def a broth girly and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was rich and helped with the freezing cold I withstood outside. I would come back if I was in the area but would love more patience when it comes to ordering and not be so rushed.

I came here after hearing that this is one of the best pho places in the DC area from several people. I came here on a Saturday at 11:15 pm. By the time I got there, it was already packed. Soon after I came in, there was a long line. I came alone, and I saw several other people who were eating alone as well. The waiter came up to me and took my order immediately after I sat down. Luckily I already knew what I wanted. I recommend looking up the menu and deciding what you want before you go. I ordered the eye of round and flank steak pho. It was good, and definitely cleared my sinuses while having a cold. While I thought it was good, I thought the broth could be a little bit more rich and flavorful. Afterwards, you pay at the counter. I paid $11 before tip for a regular bowl of pho, which I thought was very reasonable. With how long the line is, I'm not sure if I would choose this place over other pho places in the area. I would maybe come back if I was already in the area and it was before noon.

Pho was pretty good. I do like a deeper beef flavor, but this was pretty close to my ideal. No frills in the soup. Very simple and tasty. There was quite a bit of noodles for the regular size. Enjoyed the meat as it was tender. Menu is simple as they only serve noodle dishes. A good meal for the price. The Viet coffee was strong. It seems pre-dripped. Would prefer to have it drip as I'm eating my meal. They don't have separate dishes for people who like dipping their meats in sauce opposed to just putting it in. Cash only so make sure to plan in advance. Normally there's no tax when you're a cash only establishment, but they charge it on the bill. The server also seemed a little annoyed when they were taking our orders because we weren't precise when ordering, possibly (i.e. we went around stating our orders instead of one person ordering and combining like orders).

3.5 stars. CASH only! I got 2 bowls of chicken pho to-go to bring to my niece who's attending Washington U. She was sick with the flu so I told her I'd bring some chicken noodle soup which technically, chicken pho is! Ha! I carried the pho with me for more than 1hr taking the bus to the school and even after that, the pho really wasn't bad. I've no doubt it would have been way better at the restaurant itself. Would come back to eat at location.

The pho is quite good. We come to this spot often and find it to be delicious. They take cash only though and there is a sign at the register but just a heads up. They don't have Thai tea at this restaurant. The pho broth and noodles are gluten free just don't add any of the sauces at the table because I'm not sure if the sauces are gluten free or not so we didn't take our chances. We just had the broth plain. Would recommend if you're in the area.

The pho here tastes very good, and so does the Vietnamese coffee. Also, they take cash only, which I think gives this place a nice and unique charm. The only downsides about this place in my opinion is that there were no electrical outlets that I could see and the restrooms are small. They also gave me the wrong dessert, but it was still good either way (ordered the black eyed bean pudding with sweet rice, but received the corn pudding with coconut milk instead). The payment process was also a bit confusing for me, because instead of bringing the check to my table, I had to go to the counter to pay and there was also a big line of people who were just coming in to be seated and to take carry out orders. Other than that, the food was good. I had the Vietnamese coffee with sweet condensed milk, pho (Number 7 - Tai, Nam, Sach - slices of eye-round steak, well-done flank, and beef tripe), and corn pudding with coconut milk.
