We love Patsy's! We get takeout consistently and go for their outdoor seating in the back of the restaurant when it's warm out and always have a good experience. The Ozzie rolls are fantastic, and the salads are our favorite dishes to get, especially the one with smoked salmon. Also, they have some of the best mojitos in the area with real sugar cane as a garnish, so definitely get one when you are in.

Patsy's is another fantastic restaurant from the Great American restaurant brand. Service was pretty decent and the food was fantastic. Start with the Ozzie rolls. They are a staple at all Great American restaurnts. The entire family was happy with their meals. My salad I think was dry but I resolved that by asking for a side of dressing when I realized it. The field greens salad is amazing. Love the steak frites and the masked potatoes are divine. My son loved the lobster roll, daughter loved her pasta and my husband had the prime rib. I am sure at some point we will be back.

First off it is a little expensive. Yet when you want a delicious dinner, quality does matter. The steaks here are perfectly cooked, and cuts are above average. They have quite a seafood selection too. Have been pleased with each visit. Most people probably go here for business, but you'll feel welcome spending time here. Great employees. Their folks are really good. You won't have to wait long for your meal either. I like this for special occasions. Recently had my birthday meal here, and was satisfied. By all means check it out. Cozy place and easy going.

Patsy's American is part of the GAR group, and they're located off of 7, towards the back in The Shops at Fairfax Square. As other GARs, they offer a similar menu of starters, salads, sandwiches, seafood/chicken/beef dishes, sides, desserts, beverages, and kid options. We came here for a lunch get-together, and the following were ordered:+Community Bread Basket - requested for fresh-out-of-the-oven Ozzie rolls+Chop House Salad - prepared with mixed greens, corn, tomatoes, scallions, Tillamook white cheddar, garlic croutons, and buttermilk herb dressing+the Lobster Club Salad - lobster salad with field greens, red grape tomatoes, avocado, corn, bacon, and a soft-cooked egg with a champagne vinaigrette+Steak Frites - hickory-grilled, marinated CAB hanger steak, served with fries+and, the Drunken Rib Eye 5 Star Reserve - marinated in Great American Pale Ale, and served with mashed potatoes and roasted cremini mushroomsUnfortunately, the food was more on the disappointing end - the requested fresh Ozzie rolls were not as hot as requested; the order of the Chop House Salad was not of an entree size, but was smaller and seemed like a side add-on; the Drunken Ribeye was not cooked properly and as requested, and the exterior was more burnt than usual; the cremini mushrooms were missing from our dish, which was pretty sad, considering that is my favorite part of the dish! Our server was nice, but he could have checked in on us more often, in regards to how our dining experience was going; there were several times we had to remind him of some of the missing items as well as him forgetting the refills on drinks.Usually at other GARs, the managers usually walk around and check in with dining parties to ensure that things are satisfactory; we didn't get any check-ins here.Plenty of parking in the large shared lot.+improperly cooked steaks+hit-or-miss service+plenty of parking in large shared lot+located at The Shops at Fairfax Square

Patsy's is always a delight and never disappoints! As a frequent diner of the Great American Restaurants (GAR), I've always known them to consistently deliver on quality, service, and atmosphere. Though we were so hungry we forgot to snap pictures of our meals, the memory of the incredible flavors is still fresh! Our drinks were well-crafted, and the service was top-notch as always. The ambiance is stunning, versatile, and just right for any mood--whether you're going for a relaxed evening or a more intimate vibe. Our group was more than pleased with our dishes. One had the ribeye, another enjoyed the jambalaya pasta, a third savored the prime rib, and I loved the roasted half chicken. Every dish was flawlessly executed, with each bite proving why GAR locations are a cut above. If you're looking for consistently outstanding food and experience, I can't recommend Patsy's or any other GAR spot enough!

I've had Patsy's bookmarked for quite some time. This past weekend we got here for a Saturday lunch. Two friends joined us as they hadn't tried it either. Once inside, we were greeted and seated. Our server was prompt getting to us. We all knew what we wanted to eat so we were able to give him our whole order.I was pleased to see that Patsy's had some items that aren't on other GAR menus. For quite some time, GAR didn't seem to vary their menus much as one would have liked to have seen. A perfect example would be what I ordered for my lunch.I had the "Lobster club salad". This dish had a generous amount of lobster along with half a hard boiled egg, fresh corn right off the cob, frisee lettuce (GAR likes to use this in their salads) and a generous amount of grape tomatoes plus a decent amount of dressing. The flavors all worked well together. My husband had the "steak frites". He said his steak was properly prepared. His only complaint was that it seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp for quite sometime. Thus, it wasn't as warm as he would have liked.I'm sure our friends will post their own review (If they haven't already). The place does have a cavernous feel to it but the decor is bright and cheery with lots of light coming in during the day. Parking is plentiful. The staff we interacted with was friendly and polite.

Love the aesthetics! The inside was nice and spacious.Came here with a group of guys maybe two weeks ago or so. It was a fun time. The Ozzy Rolls always go hard; 10 out of 10 by themselves. Sooo good. The butter is amazing too. It was one of my friend's first time having Ozzie Rolls & they were in heaven. The service was great. The waitress was pretty attentive and had another server helping to serve food. The wait was pretty short too for a party of 6.I ordered the Slow Roasted French Dip sandwich that came with Shoe String Fries. The sandwich 6 out of 10, but the shoestring fries were 12 out of 10. With the sandwich, I added havarti cheese which was good but I was surprised by the fact that the meat wasn't as seasoned as expected. The au jus was a tad salty but good and helped the sandwich.I would definitely come back though! I'd just get something else but nice experience overall.

The immediate impression I got from the packed parking lot, revolving doors, and high ceiling dining rooms with loft seating was that this is about the experience and not just the food. Actually the food was excellent, a little pricey but it was quality. I found out what a $30 french dip sandwich tastes like, which is more like a thinly sliced steak on French bread with au jus. Service was slow but we were enjoying the company so not a big deal.

Patsy's in Tyson's Corner is an absolute gem! The moment you step in, the open, warm but professional decor set the perfect tone for an upscale dining experience. The menu is thoughtfully crafted with a mix of comfort food and creative, flavorful dishes that make it hard to choose! The staff is always warm and attentive, providing top-notch service without feeling rushed. One of the highlights of my visit was the French Dip--it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My wife had the lobster roll and both the lobster and bread (yes, the bun) were delicious. They also didn't blink an eye when she asked to substitute the corn on the cob with brussels sprouts. The service from top to bottom was on point. With a vibrant yet laid-back vibe, Patsy's is ideal for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings with friends. This restaurant never misses with their meals and, if they do (haven't had this happen to me), they will do everything they can to make it right. I saw the manager, Kristin, walking around to check in on tables and make sure that each table's experience was better than expected. I would (and have) recommended this restaurant to many, many friends and out-of-towners, who all had the same great experience as I did.
