Pasha Castle in Georgetown is a hidden gem! Though it's tucked downstairs, the space is a delightful surprise once you step inside. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, guiding us through their impressive assortment of baklava. Pistachio is my personal favorite, and they do it beautifully here. While it's a bit pricey, the quality of the baklava and Turkish coffee makes it well worth the visit. If you're in the area, this spot is worth checking out!

Got a variety of desserts and loved all them. There is seating when you walk in and the main counter is down the stairs where there is additional seating. Not much of an ambiance, but it's a pretty casual place. Service was fine.

We needed a shop like this in Georgetown! My friend and I were walking down the street after dinner and they were handing out samples. We kept walking to digest a bit, and came back for some dessert. Their hibiscus tea was really light and refreshing. I got a scoop of pistachio and ishta. The ishta is AMAZING! It's like a sweet heavy cream. Like wow soooo goood. They have other middle eastern sweets too and tons of flavors. Stop by!

This is a dream. So many options and everything is so good. The kunafa was so so good. I am still thinking about it. Perfect balance of cheese and sweetness. Tried a few other pasties and all were amazing. The man who helped us was also incredible. The only thing is that it's a bit expensive but that's just how DC is. Definitely going to stop back in and I encourage anyone with a love of middle eastern desserts to do the same.

I LOVE Pasha Castle. I love Pasha Castle even more after the renovation! I can't speak to anything other than the ice cream and the ice cream alone is five stars. The ashta Lebanese icecream is unlike anything I've tried before. My go-to order is chocolate, ashta, and pistachio - but I swear all the flavors are delicious. Highly recommend you stop by the shop! The shop is tucked away, down the stairs, and now has plenty more seating post reno. Service has always been kind, knowledgeable, and patient while I've sampled flavors. It's not inexpensive... but it's the perfect, not-too-sweet, sweet treat!

Cute confectionary shop with a huge selection of sweets, I would recommend the cake (pictured below). The workers were really nice and let me have a small sample of the baklava. It is a bit expensive and there are different prices per weight per item: There is no seating area nor bathrooms FYI!

Service was phenomal and the ice cream is mouth watering. We had the lotus, pistachio, and ashta flavors. This isn't your typical ice cream you find in the states. It pulls when you eat it, similar to the ice creams in Lebanon and Turkey. SO good! The teas are also wonderful! Haven't tried the baklava or Turkish delight but will be back back to try more!

I stopped by this cute cafe/dessert shop while walking around Georgetown. They have a selection of lokum (which I think are Turkish delight?), ashta, a stretchy ice cream, and an assortment of baklava. The customer service was great. The workers were very friendly and let me sample several flavors of ice cream. I got half pistachio, half lotus (biscoff) ice cream, and 6 different pieces of baklava and hazelnut lokum. The hazelnut lokum was probably my favorite, delicious and never had anything quite like it. The baklava and ice cream were also very good, the ice cream had bold pistachio flavor which I loved. In total, it cost $21 for a small ice cream and small tray of baklava/lokum, which is expensive, but that's D.C. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Georgetown. Unfortunately, I ate everything in one sitting, so I did not get any pictures (lol).

Was craving some dessert after a meal so decided to come to Pasha. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly worker who asked if it was my first time there and explained the concept. The service was incredible as I felt very attended to.I asked if they had knuefe and they showed me two different types. I also got the Pasha special which was a baklava with their "ice cream". The knuefe was absolutely incredible. It was cheesy, flaky, and the syrup really added the perf savory sweetness balance. The pasha special was also amazing, the ice cream was stretchy which was cool and complimented the baklava really well.My biggest issue is the prices aren't listed anywhere and guessing on them really won't do you well. For the pasha special and knuefe, it was about 35 dollars which was way too much.

Celebrating tonight so we had baklava and ice cream delivered. Ordered a large baklava and a medium ice cream ... ice cream was delicious and creamy and a decent price. The baklava on the other hand ... I would certainly not classify this as a large. Shocked that this bit size piece of baklava was over $7 ... tasty but was too small.
