Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered a pizza but, it was never delivered to me and they didn't say anything about refund the money back

Run!!!! Lol the workers don't care, Papa John's couldn't care less. Just throw the whole store away. Burnt food. Unprofessionalism thru the roof. I just stopped going. Not doing it anymore. There much better pizza and better service other places.

I order delivery from here for the Capitals and Nationals 50 percent off and the pizza always comes fresh, hot, and on time. It's not the best pizza in town but for a chain it is good quality. I think the pizza here is better quality than the Domino's on Flower Ave that delivers and there is no Pizza Hut and on par with Pizza Bolis and Manny & Olga's but at a better price than them with the sports team discounts. My favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza with the Epic Stuffed Crust that is worth a couple extra dollars. The first time I ordered from here five years ago they accidentally delivered me the same pizza twice with two drivers so I shared pizza with my giant stuffed panda and the concierge in my building.

This location is not great. I ordered 8 wings and was given 6. Annoying. Food is too expensive for me to not be getting what I paid for. Also the original crust at this location is thinner than it's supposed to be. This has happened more than once, months apart. Make sure to check your order before leaving.

I ordered a pizza from this franchise on Saturday night. It never showed up. I had to call 3 times to get my money refunded. Will never order from them again.

I prefer Papa Johns over competing pizza delivery restaurants because typically they offer a superior product. However this location specific is ridiculously chinsy on toppings, cheese included. Now, I did my research and was able to determine it is the same franchise owner as the University Blvd location, however the toppings are adequate when ordering from University location.This leads me to believe there must be an issue with management. The management must encourage employees to use significantly smaller portion sizes than what is deemed regular. I repeat, ordering regularly from several different stores (University, Rockville Pike, Bethesda) the sparse topping issue is unique to this location.An image has been included to attest to my experience. I count 4 pieces of Canadian bacon on the Hawaiian pizza, and on the onion and olive, you can clearly see one piece had two onion slivers and the larger piece beside it has none. Not to mention Edward scissor hands must have done the cutting with many irregular shapes and sizes sliced.Please improve your service, however I do not plan to be a patron here again. This franchise is not up to par with the Papa Johns brand.

I walked in to order a pizza. I stood there 5 minutes. Several employees looked at me and didn't say anything. Not a I'll be with you soon. No hey how you doing. I walked out. Customer service needs improvement. You can at least greet a customer and let them know you be right with them.

Don't order from here. I was waiting for my order and I received a FACETIME call. I do not answer random FaceTime calls from people I don't know. So I texted the number and the text said it was from Papa John's. I immediately went back outside and called the number. The delivery driver named DJ yelled at my boyfriend and I, saying that he rang our doorbell (which is a blatant lie, we do not have a doorbell) and he already left. Only two minutes passed since his initial FACETIME call. He also said that he couldn't come back to deliver our pizza. I guess DJ wanted to be a greedy big back goblin and have a large pizza all to himself. Horrible customer service. You better pray that DJ isn't assigned to deliver your order.

Mostly the pizza has too much cheese, but sometimes the pizza will be burnt. If it is, they give us a refund and are super nice about it. The place smells super nice, too!

Order not ready as promised and manager made no attempt to rectify. Waited 20 EXTRA minutes beyond promised time. Won't go back!
