This is by far the best Pad Thai I have ever had! I dream about it!We move around a lot in the US and this is the best place. I stumbled across this place as my kids wanted chipotle ( for the 100th) time and I just couldn't stomach it. Walked into Panisa and was so pleasantly surprised by the modern decor, coziness and cleanness of the restaurant. I ordered right then and there for take out and it was ready in a few. And that has become our routine every time the kids wanted chipotle chipotle: I get Panisa!

We order from this location fairly frequently. I would recommend this place. The actual restaurant is very pleasant. Staff is friendly. Food is yummy. We order the noodles and the curries. You won't be disappointed. Safe bet if you are in the mood for Thai.

Stopped here after a hair appointment to grab some lunch that wasn't fast food, and the fellow Yelp reviews persuaded me. A young man greeted me, and I asked to place an order to go. He handed me their menu but I read here to ask for their daily lunch specials. It was a handwritten list of 5-6 options, so I went for the Massaman Curry Chicken and added an order of spring rolls. They quoted a 10-minute wait, but it was bagged and ready for me in more like 5! I ate it at home, 20 minutes away, and it was still warm! The spring rolls were nice and crispy with a flavorful dipping sauce that wasn't too sweet like some others I've had. The lunch portion was a very good size and value. (This could have been an ample portion for dinner too, esp with the addition of spring rolls that I didn't have to share!) One side of the plastic portioned container had the yellow curried chicken and potatoes in sauce, and the other side had the jasmine rice with a vegetable mix of broccoli and thinly sliced carrot rounds. The Massaman curry was well-seasoned and flavorful; you could clearly taste the balance of spices and coconut milk. Delicious!I'll definitely be coming here again when I have the occasion to be in Burke.

We called to place an order for pick up at 8:50pm. It says online the restaurant closes at 9:30pm. They told us the kitchen was already closed!!! Seriously, at least say that 30 mins prior to closing but 40 mins is ridiculous...will not give them another try

The service is very friendly and the gentleman at the front desk was excited to hear this is my first time trying their food and guarantee I will be back well he was right one sip of my TomYum soup I knew I was coming Absolutely delicious. Really bad service. Very rude waiter. No class, no courtesy,Went there with a friend, waited 20 mns to be served while others who came after me were being attended. When the waiter finally came, I told her quietly and politely that she came just in time because we were abt to go somewhere else, she said " you can leave if you want "; we decided to ignore this weird and dramatic woman and as we were placing our order, she added: " we are very busy tonight so if you want to leave you can leave, go ahead " - so we left. Very disappointed by her rural behavior. Not a good image for Panisa to have such a waiter with no manners - she never apologized and proceeded to pick up the menus from our table. We ended up going to Pasara in Kingstown Alexandria, and it was the best decision! Service there was sooo good, friendly, respectful, food was DELICIOUS, atmosphere was GREAT- happy people work there, no bitches.
