love loveee loveee this bubble tea shop. i come here every chance i get. the service is great. drinks are great. my favorite is the tiger brown sugar milk tea (get only if you have a sweet tooth). the thai milk tea is great too!

Surprised with the low ratings. They have an amazing selection you can't find at most bubble tea shops and the decor with pandas is so cute. My wife and I had two Ube bubble teas, one which was a cheesecake one that was nice and warm on a cold day. The service is fast and friendly. Wish they had more locations, especially in DC and Montgomery County.

Food： Came here 3times， the price is higher than Gongcha. Ordered onlong milktea with boba，it tasted good. Price： They automatically set the tip， the average price is higher than other milktea shop.Service： pretty good

Located on the ground floor of the Pentagon City Mall, we enjoyed the Thai milk tea. Despite a line, our tea was ready within five minutes. The taste was bold and the boba was fresh and warm. It's on the bottom level of the mall near the food court.

Matcha buble milk tea with sugar free is sweet enough. The matcha powder isn't bitter or stong as it suppose to be.it takes 3-5mins wait for service each, the ambiance was OK, no seat

I ordered a shake. The price should have been $11.19. I have a receipt that says $11.19. My credit card statement however shows $13.20. It looked to me like they were charging that much somehow but they insisted that they were only charging $11.19. I'm not sure what game they are playing but I will not go back.Also, they have a 2% Transaction fee that they add to your purchase and they don't disclose that. Unpleasant woman at the register steals children's money who don't know better.

the drinks are a bit too sweet. I asked for a strawberry boba with popping pearls, and it was straight syrup. I will order another drink and see if its just what I ordered.

this place is actually amazing I swear the food is so good there a lot to pi from and also it's one person running it 5 stars

Terrible Customer Service!!!I had an incredibly disappointing experience here. When I went to place my order, the cashier--an older woman--was visibly annoyed, huffing loudly as I spoke, which was extremely off-putting. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, but when my order arrived, it was just a banana smoothie.When I politely brought this mistake to the attention of the staff member who made the drink, the owner--who was the same woman who took my order--approached me in an aggressive and hostile manner. She loudly and angrily insisted, "YOU TOLD ME BANANA SMOOTHIE," which was not the case. I calmly explained that I had ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and asked if it could be remade or if I could have a refund. Her response? "NO, THERE IS NO MONEY BACK."This level of unprofessionalism was shocking and unacceptable. My husband and I left upset and frustrated. A simple apology or acknowledgment of the mistake would have been enough, but instead, we were met with hostility and rudeness.This experience completely ruined my day, and I will never be returning. There is absolutely no excuse to treat a customer this way over something as minor as a smoothie.

Bad service. Mediocre drinks. Not worth the money. I normally don't write negative reviews, but man! The lady working there was quite rude and unpleasant. The drink wasn't half bad, but definitely not worth interacting with her again- especially not for a $9 drink. We will not be returning.
