FYI the cafe is not on Google maps so you'll have to look up Pineapple and Pearls to find it. Wow the elderberry matcha latte was life changing! I'll definitely be back to have this latte again. The cafe was very cute and girly. Would highly recommend!

I'd give it a 3.5 stars - I took my partner there for our first date. It is a cool spot and somewhat hidden away at first glance. Love their little decors inside. Their iced Vietnamese latte is pretty good during the summer time... and I've also tried hot Vietnamese latte, which is alright and pretty much an average taste. They usually have a rotating flavor for latte specials such as matcha latte or elderberry matcha latte for example. They are not too bad and just unique. But I'd settle down for a regular latte instead of being adventurous on different tasting from this coffee shop. Alternative milk costs about extra $0.75 if you desire something more than just milk in your latte, just for your information. Service is quick and simple. The barista is friendly and interactive when you order something.

The cafe may be called "Nothing Fancy" but it's inside a Michelin-star restaurant with chic pink walls. It's a grab-and-go since there are no chairs/tables and no public bathrooms. Their menu is simple with all the espresso classics, but they also had some interesting drinks that I wanted to try.I got the ELDERBERRY MATCHA since I was curious about the combination. The barista recommended whole milk (or non-dairy milk) since it doesn't take away from the elderberry and matcha flavors as much as non-dairy milk, and I completely agreed! The elderberry syrup popped through the matcha and it wasn't too sweet! The drink overall was very enjoyable and I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.I'm glad I stopped by to give this cafe a try this past Saturday afternoon.

Nothing Fancy gets the job done. This cute little walk up coffee shop is high quality without overcomplicating things. The space itself is only big enough to fit a handful of people at a time (with no seating) but it's great for a grab and go experience. While I've never actually had any of the soft serve that people rave about, their coffee bar drinks are great. Over the summer I would usually order and iced latte or Vietnamese coffee, both always made with love and care. The aesthetics of the space are top notch as well - I always feel so good once I walk in. Great option overall if you're in the mood to grab some coffee or ice cream on the go!

Coffee is ok, love the soft serve. They have butter popcorn always and a rotating flavor. Small space inside (the welcome area for P&P), so expect to take everything to go

Checked the hours here online and went to go try it out -- however, when I arrived no one was inside. It appeared open, another guest was standing outside waiting. No signage online or on the door to indicate it was closed. Disappointing as I wanted to try it.

Inside Michelin-star Pineapple and Pearls, Nothing Fancy is a small cafe with coffee, soft serve, and lots of personality. When you walk inside, it looks stunning, but you'll soon notice the quirks like the wooden pineapple-shaped stirrers. It's a fun place!My latte was brewed with care and tasted great! They have a variety of milks you can choose from. If you like coffee, pop in when they are open Tuesday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

I live right by Nothing Fancy and they have some of the best elderberry matcha I've ever had. $7 for it is i, but it's cute inside. I wish they had a table or 2 set up too.

Super friendly service! Coffee was tasty, got a cold brew. I would return if in the area again.

Coffee: 2/5 I would be interested to try a different drink, but I wasn't super impressed. I had a latte that was more foam than latteSpace: 4/5 loses a star because there's no seating but kind of makes sense for a place called "nothing fancy" so don't want to deduct too much.Energy: 4/5 Barista was nice and helpful, aesthetic is fantastic. Only loses a star because you can only enjoy it for a few minutes before you have to leave.
