Came here after dinner on Saturday, 11/23/2024. Arrived around 8:30 PM. It was a small crowd inside but since my friend was smoking a cigar we could only sit outside under the heaters on the covered portion of the outside sidewalk. Nomad offers no food just liquor and hookah. They also have cigars for sale but you're allowed to bring your own cigars. I had a Mango mint hookah which was considered to be one of their regular flavor options. The hookah was very flavorful and after about an hour - they changed the coals. The menu says that there's a 2 hour limit on the hookah. However my friend kept ordering drinks and therefore they didn't enforce that rule. You are allowed to bring food in and eat it as long as you're drinking. There are TVs inside and outside and there's music playing as well. The servers are attentive and friendly and I would come back.

I've been ranking hookah experiences in DC, and this one has easily climbed to the top of the list. The hookah itself was nice and smooth. The music was top tier and it was a very chill atmosphere. Our server was attentive from the time we stepped into the establishment and super sweet throughout our time there. The drinks could have been better. I had a house margarita and it wasn't my favorite. Expect to pay for water as well as it will come bottled.

If you are in search of quality hookah this is the place to be on H street! The waiters at the spot are on point. The drinks are strong and very delicious. The seat arrangement is cool could be better but hey what you expect?!? They usually have a dj and also show the games when every playing. Check it out!

I went to Nomad Hookah Bar around 9:00pm on a Saturday. I've been before when it was very crowded and it was perfect this Saturday night. I think it had to do with being during the holiday season. I love how cozy, intimate and laid back it is. For drinks, I had the Pineapple Xpress, which was a bit weak for my liking and a glass of Moscato. I had the Tropical Mint hookah that was really good. I love Cru's hookah and it was definitely comparable. The only real issue I had was the lack of customer service. The bouncer and gentlemen making the hookah were nice. However, the gentleman that initially took our order seemed irritated and like he didn't even want to be bothered. Not sure if it was a bad day, but probably not as I saw him engaging with another party without the same energy he provided us. Not once, did he stop by to check on us or ask if we needed anything else. I just chose to engage with the gentlemen that made the hookah for any request. I would go back because of the chill environment but would immediately walk out if he would be servicing me and take my money elsewhere.

I didnt have any food but the service was good and the ambiance very good place for a first date, or a group of friends. I was very comfortable and welcomed. I would definetly go back. I love anywhere that accepts apple pay

Good hookah, good selection of flavors that you can mix and match. Service was also very friendly and helpful despite it being a Saturday night and pretty busy. They did come by at regular intervals to check on us and change the coal. Now if only they used better coals and not the round quick-light ones, I'd bump it to 5 stars. Certainlyworth a visit if you want good hookah and you are in the area, but not a must visit when compared to other places in the city that do use the better coals resulting in a smoother smoking experience.

We had great drinks and great service. I enjoyed the outdoor patio. It was dope ambiance. I wish they served actual food.
