I've been looking for some new places for a good gyro and decided to step into this place for lunch one day. Unassuming little spot, but the staff were super friendly and the gyro did not disappoint. I got the lamb gyro for $10.50, which is on par with most other places in the area as far as price goes. But as far as ingredients go, this one was absolutely loaded. I probably should not have eaten the whole thing in one sitting because it left me ready to leave work and take a nap, but I regret nothing. NOTE: this place has plenty of halal options if you're looking for that

I ordered from DoorDash so I have no idea about what it looks like (hence the 4 stars) but boy does this taste good! I would guess it's a local spot by the taste of it! It's like I was in DC but transported to the trucks in NYC on the corner that I loved so much when I lived there! I asked for my white, red and bbq sauce on the side. I could eat the white sauce all day. The food does have a little kick just the way I like it even without the hot sauce. If you're in DC and able to swing by or DoorDash it, do it!! I don't think you will be upset at all!

Just grabbed the chicken tender combo for my son on our way home and omg it is the best. My son is very picky and he usually doesn't eat chicken tenders but today he loved them, so thank you so much for making delicious halal food. I can't wait to come back and try all the other items on the menu.

These guys are the best halal middle eastern food truck I've found in and around DC. $7 for a ton of tasty food which can last for 2-3 meals easily. The white sauce is amazing also.I've tried a lot of the halal trucks in the area and New York Grill is the best combo of quality and value that you will find.The owner Abba told me that they are going to be in Courthouse (on Wilson next to the Metro) Tues-Fri at lunch time from now on, so look for them there instead of Ballston.

Saw this Food Truck outside of my office building and I always love giving Food Trucks a good try. I can honestly say this was an exceptional meal. I ordered the grilled chicken over rice and salad with both sauce (which were delicious and tasted so fresh) and I was not disappointed. The food was cooked to order and service was super friendly. I love Halal food and the overall ingredients tasted SO fresh. Portions are also super generous, which is great if you're like me and end up saving some for later. Would highly recommend giving it a try! I will definitely be returning!

Best gyros in the Clarendon area! I have a very high bar for gyros so at first I was hesitant to try a new place but man this is now my new favorite gyro spot! The lamb is flavorful but not too over powering (Over the Rice lamb was a little too over powering). Portions are GENEROUS. Seriously, biggest gyro I've ever had and there is PLENTY of lamb in each serving. The tzatziki sauce (and spicy sauce) taste really fresh. I also asked for extra sauce, YUM! Guy who served me was super friendly. Best of all? It was only $5.99 and easily lasts 2-3 meals.
