Dear Mr Khanh (New Orlean Crawfish)I wanted to express my concern regarding the wait times I have experienced recently when ordering online. It was a Saturday night, supposed to be a night full of enjoyment , I was so excited to order online and hoping to deliver on time for Football game. We waited 30 minutes and hour gone by then TWO HOURS to be sitting there with punch of friends. Then get a notification 2 hours late to find out my order was canceled NO REASON.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to seeing improvements.

Kiddo loves hotpot & crawfish (think Urban Hotpot) - but way too hot out, so picked Live Seafood for her pre-college-move-in meal.Got the fresh (vs frozen), mixed batch of Cali & New Orleans which were good and priced reasonably.Would have liked corn, potatoes & sausage included in broil (typically are) instead priced separately.Wine came in single serve cup.Come for the seafood, not the atmosphere.

I love a good seafood boil and this place offered such a great deal! The crawfishes and lobster that was served were HUGE. I placed it to go and the man who took my order was super kind and patient! The place definitely gave an authentic driven feel. More about the food rather than the appearance and I really like that. This is definitely my new spot for seafood boil!

A small mom and pop shop. I've been going here 5+ years for authentic crawfish for years. We always order from them and the prices are extremely reasonable all year long. They are so nice and always tell the truth when you are ordering the wrong thing. They actually will suggest you order the cheaper bundles than make you pay a hefty price. We mostly get the garlic butter crawfish and it's always good quality and authentic.

This is my favorite hole-in-the-wall seafood place. As a native New Orleanian, I drive almost 40mins just to get their crawfish. I love the Groupon special but I really hate that my friends and I usually can't buy one each and sit at the same table. You can only use one Groupon per table. Everything is boiled just how I like it. I highly suggest calling and placing your order prior to getting there because they run out of crawfish QUICK. The crawfish is always really fresh. They'll even tell you that it's coming straight from the airport. They are a little understaffed, but the lady at the counter is always really nice. Don't go to Hot n Juicy and Chasin Tails if you're looking for great crawfish, this place is where it's at!! I su

Food is good the service is slow and pretty inattentive. I would recommend going for take out rather then dine in.We got gumbo and po boy sandwich. I got soft shell crab po boy it was well fried and the bread was soft and tasted fresh. The crab was pretty under seasoned tasted bland without tabasco. The gumbo was good but still a little bland needed tabasco. It was also out appetizer but came out much later then the po boy. Was annoying but not a deal breaker.Water was served in red solo cups which was interesting but not a big deal.Overall you get good quality seafood for a good price. When I go back I will probably just get it to go.

I came to New Orleans Live Crawfish & Seafood on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant shares a huge parking lot with multiple retailers so you should have no issue finding parking. There are a handful of tables inside of the restaurant. My friend and I seated ourselves immediately. We ordered the Country Boil that comes with Crab (choice of Snow or Dungeness), Shrimp, Crawfish, Sausage, Corn and Potatoes. The potatoes and corn really soak up all the flavor in the tray. I liked that these sides were included. The tray had so much seafood, it was mostly crawfish, a handful of shrimp and some crab legs and claws. Overall, this is a laid back spot. You can either do takeout or just grab your own table after ordering to enjoy your meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was good and the prices are reasonable :)

Yesterday, my Louisiana tribe & I dined at New Orleans Live Crawfish & Seafood. Everyone knows Louisianians are very particular about our dishes so decided to try this place out. We planned this weeks ago. The organizer called the restaurant a few days in advance to see if they take reservations. It wasn't needed but since it was a group of us (6 and potentially more) we wanted to make sure we could be accommodated. She spoke with the male owner (didn't catch their names) and he even offered to take our order in advance so that the food would be ready once we got there. We told him that was ok and we'd just place the order once we got there since we didn't know for sure who would end up coming. We all ordered 2lbs each of crawfish varying spice levels. The crawfish was good! It's not home but it's pretty darn close. We ordered additional menu items as well. I got the shrimp/oyster po boy. I want to point out that this is an authentic po boy and the only one I have had in a restaurant in the DMV. They used FRENCH bread instead of hoagie style bread with the traditional toppings: mayo, tomato, onion, pickles, and lettuce. In New Orleans, we called it "dressed." Restaurants out here usually make a remoulade sauce to put on it. Not sure where that came from but not Louisiana. My friends got gumbo and crabs. The gumbo was... ok. They said they wouldn't necessarily consider it gumbo but it got the job done. We also had a couple orders of beignetsThe owners were extremely nice. We definitely will be back whenever we need a quick fix.

Upping the stars because I just love how they cook the seafood just so awesome! Never too mushy or overcooked just cooked to perfection . I just can't give them 5-stars yet because I went the other day got the $99 special (2lbs snow crabs, 2lbs head on jumbo shrimp, 3/4lbs of crawfish) all in extra spicy and garlic. Now they never disappoint with the spice level being hot as hell! lol. Next time I will go down to the middle level it was fire...lol. The garlic which I always ask for extra was fine...but again for the 2nd time in a row I ask for 2-garlic butters on the side for dipping...but for some reason I get one and then and extra spicy sauce. I don't ask for that I wanted the garlic butter with extra garlic that they have started to be shy giving that garlic. There is never going to be too much garlic for me. So please give me all that garlic! But other than that great place glad I work close to NEW Orleans so I can leave work and grab seafood when I'm feeling it which is usually once a week...
