New Garden Carryout

The food was good, but the driver cursed me out because I did not know I had to come to the car and get the food (it was NOT listed on the app I used).

From the other reviews about this place ... i have to say for northeast its One of the best carryouts They deliver not an overly amount of time to wait Down side They only take cash no cards or check but who uses checks anymore I like their food ( its better than yums) They do have general tso tofu Which is pretty good... my son got their cheese burger and he was happy Their onion rings were not like burgerkings playdoh ring But Real breaded onion rings .. their spring rolls are veggie only

Had a very nasty attitude don't know how to talk to people never called when food was outside or knocked on door or anything I will never be eating here again

Overpriced , Rude , Food is overpriced I ordered 3 wings & fries . First & foremost I called in my order got their & it wasn't ready Fries Was extremely overcooked and hard wings was terrible I will not be going back

Another racist business - taking Black folks money but not willing to to treat us like human beings. Refused to come to the door with my food because he's "not allowed to in this neighborhood." Made me walk to the street in a bathrobe. Food is mediocre at best anyway. Don't waist your dimes.

They make the best egg drop soup I've tasted & I've been around; very comforting. It was the only thing I could keep down recovering from cancer. Cancer free years now & I still order it.

AWFUL!! PUTRID! I waited for 20 minutes for cold food! They re-fried the wings and the fries were stark cold! I call back, and she tells me the mumbo sauce is cold! That is just an asinine excuse! She tells me to bring the wings and fries back, so I can get my $ back! I gave my friend some. She was eating it and discarded it. Ahe only refunds me for 2 wings..$4.50 and I paid $11.65. We get into a diatribe! She is being profanic on her microphone and has the audacity to call meugly! Wheww, I suppressed the SE Beast! I will be calling the Powers that be!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I called last night and ordered for delivery. My total was 33.75. I told her I was using Cash app. I sent it to her with my address and she called back and said she did not receive it. That was a BOLD FACE lie it said completed. I requested my money back and she has totally ignored it. I tried to get my money back through Cash app and they confirmed it went through but they can't help me. LESSON LEARNED I will never use Cash app again!!!! DO NOT TRUST THOSE PEOPLE!!! They have probably gotten millions of dollars I know I'm not the only person they have done that too. New Garden just remember YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW!!!!

The food is good but the way they treat the customers is extremely bad. When I called the store to confirm that they had the correct address and phone number since it was taking much longer than usual to deliver the store, a person with a female voice answered and proceeded to yell at me, would not let me talk, and hung up the phone on me. I will not go to this restaurant anymore because of the way they treat customers.

Food is very good I highly recommended, great location, staff is very nice and helpful respectful my family and I enjoy going there in the daily bases for good meals and a goid time.
