Came with friends on a Friday. I arrived @730P. The upstairs was open. When I walked in they were playing 90s hip hop. I was in heaven! lol Live DJ.My friends were sitting in a roped off area, that fit about 6 people comfortably with a large enough table for food, drinks and 2 hookahs.Hookahs I think were $25. We had 2 different flavors. Strawberry and Mint was HELLA strong lol.Bottled water is $4 and it's pretty small. Opt for a cup of water instead.Drinks were good. I only had 1 and was maybe $10. Small glass whisky and coke. The music turned to current day and age maybe around 830. We left by 9.Waitress was really nice. They all had on skimpy type of work outfits however lol. This place is so unassuming from the outside. I think the bottom portion opens but I will def. return to find outThis is about 2 doors down from MK lounge for reference. I parked on the end of the block (closer to 930 club) for $20 cash. There was a parking attendant who was outside. Be aware however, this garage closes at midnight. Mirror is about a block down from here. Also, there is construction going on in this area - infront of the lounge and along the garage. 2 floors in the garage on 9th and V

A reason why 9th street is so dangerous ambiance is due to ownership like this establishment greed for money. They would bend rules for bottle service clients which resulted in entitled patrons whom had no home training and caused problems with cover charge patrons...and who charges a $20 cover on 9th street heard they lost their liquor licenses a year or two ago for violations from ABRA

SERVICE AND FOOD I went to the mirror lounge for an event and it was fun! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. However the service for food was really slow! I ordered 3 nachos and it took an hour to come out. Even though it did take a long time though. It was very delicious. The beef tacos were to die for. DRINKS AND PRICING I also got a pitcher of patron margarita and 2 shots of patron. The pitcher was pretty good. They were having a sale 35 dollar pitchers and 5 dollar shots. However the 7 dollar service charge for the pitcher and the 3 dollar service charge for shots was very misleading. I think it should be mentioned because the price changes drastically especially with tax as well. Honestly I would come back just for the tacos!

I went there with five other people. On a Saturday night it was super packed. They offered two options $750 table or $1000 table on the top level. We decided on neither. They do not offer an experience for that amount of table service. We went upstairs to the bar ordered a round of tequila shots. And then asked the bottle girl about the pricing for the table again. We were informed we could purchase one bottle for a table. We sat at a round table top and ordered Casamigos for $350. They play all hip hop music. And it's a young crowd. Anyways we had a good time.

Mirror Lounge was a solid vibe. I came here for a happy hour for one of my friends birthdays. They get the nod because happy hour lasted from 7 to 10pm on a Friday and the kitchen area was open for business. It's only been open for a couple months so they are still trying to be innovative and get people over to their establishment. The DJ played good music and the servers made sure we were taken care of all night. The bathroom was nice and clean with a huge mirror for all your selfie taking and believe me I got a couple in lol. The best part is that the bar tenders were friendly. When you're friendly I'm inclined to tip you more it's all a part of providing good service in my opinion. We had a section to ourselves and the dance floor had enough space to do my thing. Overall it was a good night at mirror lounge.

This is just one of several hookah lounges on 9th street however, it tends to be a more lowkey option of the bunch. It has two floors but upstairs is usually the hotspot as it features a bar and mini open roof patio which kind of catches you off guard because you don't really expect it looking at the building from the outside. The hookah and drinks are pretty solid and on par with typical DC prices. The music played is generally hip hop and r&b based there. I've been several times and it never seems to get overly packed which is a bonus especially in the current climate of the world. All in all if you're looking for a decent spot to enjoy some music, food, hookah, and a good atmosphere check it out.

So we came here for a friends birthday and I must say, this place is underrated. It's pretty chilled with a little ratchet, in a good way. I came in for happy hour and being the Forest in my party, I was able to meet the head chef, Robin (sp). Automatically felt the love from her (as my babies will say, NO CAP). She was able to break down the menu and began to suggest some of her favorite dishes. I ended up with the crab sliders and the shrimp egg rolls (trust, they were good). She also suggested some of their hookah flavors (I got bubblegum watermelon mint). She made sure that they treat us as patrons and took responsibility of her consumers. The bartender downstairs was also welcoming. We moved upstairs and the ladies upstairs was also welcoming. The DJ was lit and made sure that we stayed put off our seats. Overall the process were great and the drinks were pretty strong for the ones that did get drinks (big square, I only drink wine). The bouncers were also laid back and friendly to us. Will be returning for sure. Please carpool cause as you know it's right there in a prime spot for happy hour.

First off I like to say that Mirror Lounge was a cool vibe and the drinks were very good. But it's quirky they had Lunchables for snack on their menu ? The olives were good. But we had friends coming to and they were running late so we were informed that our 90 minutes were up so it was like getting the boot. I don't think I'llReturn kinda rude. If they have a 90 minute time limit then we should have been told that when the hostess seated us. Just saying !

Good vibes. Good drinks! I enjoyed my short time here during the recent "Wave USA" bar crawl. It was my last bar on the route and my most enjoyable. From the outside the place honestly didn't look like it'd be anything much. Never judge a book by it's cover! It took some time getting in but definitely worth it. Not sure if they offer food here but I'd come back.

I went here a few weekends ago and to my surprise the venue and DJ was very good. The upstairs area is very spacious which I loved and the bathrooms are big and very clean (very important to me). We were celebrating a friends birthday so I didn't pay for drinks personally but there was hookah and the drinks I had were very strong. I went to the bar for water and had a chance to interact with the bartenders and they were very personable and inviting. I love when bartenders are friendly. I had a good time at mirror. It was a Friday night around 8pm and it was still fun. Also being in good company helps to make lounges even more fun so I think that played a major part in me enjoying myself.
