Delicious pho and bánh cuốn đĩa inside the Eden center. This place might be a little difficult to find because the storefront is not outside facing the parking lot. We loved the pho- perfectly seasoned broth. The noodles are cooked perfectly- chewy texture and not too soft or hard. Very tender meat! The signature dish is the rice crepes that you can wrap with assorted grilled meats inside. Reminds me so much of Vietnam! The service was very fast. Our server was very polite and sweet. I would say this is one of the cleaner restaurants in Eden center. They have a vast selection of drinks as well if you're into boba, tea, coffee, or yogurt.

Overall a decent joint to get your Vietnamese fix although there are a lot of options in Eden. What I didn't like was the long wait for a to go order. I had to check on the order twice and it wasn't ready, there wasn't a lot of diners at the time either.

This place is a hidden gem. If you're not familiar with Eden, it might be a little hard to find this restaurant since it's all the way in the back corner. We go here and always order the Banh Uot. It comes with 8 plates of the "rice paper" and lots of meats and veggies that you can roll yourself. Service here is ok. They will come and refill your drink and check on you, however it's a little loud since the employees talk to each other in a loud voice and to the nearby businesses.

FYI - CASH ONLY!! They also take Venmo and Zelle.$11.99 for Pho Dac Biet is a pretty solid deal, but the taste of the pho wasn't anything super special or memorable. The broth was savory and flavorful (with ox bone and beef) for the most part with a bit of "sweet" after taste. It was cleaner (and less oily) compared to other broths I've had. They were not stingy with the amount of meat I got and the quality was decent. Good amount of garnish. Overall, everything tasted pretty well together and it was perfect for a rainy and cold Saturday afternoon. While the pho here is not bad, I'd take my chances and try a different restaurant's pho before coming back to this restaurant since there are so many options in Eden Center.

Pho 95 Ratings: 3.9/5 Food: 4/5 - Decided to try Pho 95 for their famous Mi Tieu Dac Biet and Pho Dac Biet with my boyfriend and siblings. The dishes here are tasty and packed with flavors, but definitely on the saltier and greasier side compared to others. Please read the description below for more detail. - Mi Tieu Dac Biet Cay Tun [GET]: I got my favorite egg noodle dish with a bowl of soup on the side. The protein comes with roasted pork slices, fish balls, shrimps, a quail egg, and crispy shrimp cake. There were no calamari in the bowl. The egg noodles were boiled just right, not too soggy and got that springy and chewy texture to it. My favorite kind of texture. Make sure to use the dipping sauce they provided and the broth as well and mix them with the noodles. The shrimp cake was crispy, but it was too greasy for me, so I didn't get to finish all of it. I thought the minced pork was also a bit too heavy for me, but overall, it was still a delicious and tasty bowl if you want to try something new. Ambiance: 4/5 - Typical Vietnamese restaurant decor in the Eden Center. It is located inside with all the other restaurants and food vendors. The ambiance isn't the greatest, but pretty good compared to other ones. It is spacious and bright with tons of TVs displaying their boba drinks, and of course loud. The bathroom is located outside, but it was clean. Great spot for cheap and casual lunch. Price: 4/5 - The Mi Tieu Dac Biet was $13.99 before tax. My boyfriend and my siblings all ordered the Pho Dac Biet 95 for the same price as well. The total came up to be around $70 after everything. Portions are solid and prices are fair in the area. You do not get additional discounts for paying cash. Service: 3.75/5 - The server there is nice and efficient, but not very energetic to be honest. They gave us water as soon as we sat down, provided some recommendations, and took our orders. The food takes about 10 minutes to prep and came out fresh and hot. They do take credit cards now but still prefer cash or Venmo first. BLUF: Solid Vietnamese spot in the DMV area and Eden Center. I would recommend getting the mi tieu dac biet, super savory, but skip on the pho dac biet, since I think there's better ones in the area. Keep in mind that this place is on the saltier and greasier side. I would like to try all the different restaurants nearby, so I will not be returning anytime soon. It is good to try if it's your first time!

We had their new 7 layers bánh cuốn. It sounds special and fancy but I rather have the a dish of bánh cuốn better. Service is slow.

Good food with very friendly staff. We came 20 minutes before they were going to close. They still asked us to come in and eat, as long as we could be done 30 minutes after closing time ( we were done 5 minutes sooner). The food was very good and I enjoyed my beef with white onions and vermicelli. My son really enjoyed his pho with brisket and tripe. My wife had the fried rice with salted fish, which was interesting for her. It came on the side as a soup so she wasn't expecting it. We also had spring rolls that were much better than we've had in other restaurants. The only thing I didn't care for was the smell of smoke permeating everything.

I had a great experience at pho 95. Nothing fancy On the inside but the food was great. Their customer service was also on point. We were seated right away and provided ice water . We ordered their crispy spring rolls, pho, mini banh xeo, and Hu Tieu Kho. Everything was delicious and perfect for a cold night . The Hu Tieu Kho is not something that's always on the menu at a lot of pho places so I really enjoyed being able to order it here (it was perfect). I am a huge pho enthusiast . Pho 95 has amazing broth! The reason I took away one star is because the meat was not sliced thin and it was also very tough . I avoided eating the meat in the pho. Everything else was great though and I will most certainly be back as I love a trip to Eden center :)

The service is extremely poor and good was subpar. We had a party of 8 and arrived during lunch time. The place was not packed. There were one or two other tables at that time. They were out of a few dishes when we tried to order - bánh xèo, bánh khọt, and out of beef. We ordered bánh bèo chén, bánh nạm, bánh bột lọc, bánh ướt dia chong dia buon me thuot. All dishes ordered was a bit bland. The sauces helped, but you would need a good amount of sauce. Everything was served sparingly. One person from our party ordered the cà ri dê, but barely ate it. It was more on the sweet side and the goat meat was not good quality. The servers did not tend to the tables, customer helps themselves sort of deal. We were not given small appetizer plates to eat the dishes that we ordered, so had to use the small ones that the bánh bèo chén came in. The table was not cleared as they brought out dishes, so we cleared our own by placing the empty dishes on a separate chair. When trying to order more food, we were scolded for not ordering everything at once, so we didn't bother asking for any more. The entire party left hungry and went elsewhere in Eden to fill our stomachs.
