Metrobar DC

Metrobar is a quick stop to grab drink. The don't have food to order but they did have a Jamaican food truck. When I can to DC Greek Picnic. The security was friendly and was able to let me know what to order food wise from the truck.I love the way that they use the old school Metro train to utilize it as now a bar, which was very cool. This is a place that you will definitely come back to for happy hour.

Read the cocktail drink ingredients closely!! Once I realized my cocktail contained beer, I returned my drink to the bar and asked for something else that was safe for me to drink. Bartender still charged me for the beer cocktail. Metro Bar: PLEASE make it obvious on your Toast tab menus that some cocktails contain beer.

Metrobar is such a cool place! I loved the relaxed atmosphere, creative cocktails, and unique decor made from an actual Metro car. The food was simple but delicious, with great sharing options. Ahhh thank you so much for the terrific service! You MUST CHECK OUT it's so so so cute, amazing photo opportunities! The bar tender "Post Malone" gave exceptional service all jokes aside he was very welcoming. Drinks were quick and easy! Price was great ! I had a great time at metro bar and really enjoyed my experience. I would most definitely recommend on going the area has great opportunities to continue exploring and having a great time! I caught a bug and my Big Spoon made me get out of the house. He wanted to try Metrobar DC. I've been several times since it's close to the Alamo, he was late to the party and it's not often that he is. (Usually I am) Food trucks are usually plentiful but the day we went, only one was available so we tried it. Service was great as it was a weekday, no lines, not many people. Ambiance is SUPER chill! My Honey loved it so, we are sold! Definitely coming again in the summer when it's more vibey!

Great concept to use a train car. Good music, strong drinks , fun atmosphere. Parking lot easy to park in. Good service

I finally made it to Metrobar!!Rhode Island metro will take you right to this location. Came on a Sunday afternoon. 1 food truck, and a Black Woman DJ who was spinning DOPE ASS MUSIC!!I had the Spritz, which was good Restrooms are near the outside bar area. Plenty of seating outdoors. Went to watch the Spirit in the NWSL championship! This bar is super accessible by metro (coincidentally) and is adorable inside and out. The cocktails are unique and delicious and well priced for the D.C. area! The staff was so attentive and made sure to keep the bonfires going in the cold air.

Met some friends for drinks and it turned out that Thursday night was trivia night! This is a bit of a hike to get to from Virginia but it's a cool location for sure. It's quite big with various spaces that are covered, and then of course is the metro car! The tables had QR codes for ordering your drinks which was great. Happy hour is a better deal in terms of cost. I wish they had more food options!

I came here the night of Juneteenth to hang out with some friends and had a FANTASTIC time! Everyone at the venue was so kind, from the security, bartenders, and customers. It was my first time in the rail car which was soooo cute! I had no idea there was so another balcony with seating. I started by ordering a drink with Koko (I hope that's the name). I gave Koko permission to create me a mocktail and they delivered! It was sooooooooo GOOD! I then transitioned over to looking at vinyls and eventually ended up at connect four with a great group of people. My trials and I ended our night under the stars at as tabletop near the rail car and it was nothing but good vibes. I will definitely be back at Metro Bar soon!
