Melange Burger

The burger I just ate deserves EVERY STAR I GAVE IT! If you are craving a chargrilled patty of YUMMINESS, topped with quality fresh ingredients then this is theplace for you!! Fresh cut fries are delicious as well! This is DEFINITELY my new "go to" burger joint!! DeeeeeLISHHHH!

In a city not known for an expansive burger scene, Melange Burger is a pleasant surprise that will catch on fast by the summer. Chef Elias Taddesse's Melange Burger is a hit!Melange offers a simple but effective menu: four burger options, four sides, and four sauces. The McDowell (yes, like in Coming to America) is my favorite. Well composed and flavorful, it is a well balanced burger. Add a side of fries with sea salt for a surprisingly crispy finish. The McDowell and fries are quickly becoming one of my favorite DC comfort meals. I can't wait to try the other three burgers, especially the Le Royale. Lastly, quick service and efficient online ordering. Last I checked there's no seating inside, so this experience is takeout only, for the time being.

love melange and these burgers. a delicious smash burger, I would order a double but a single and side can still fill me up. my preference in order - mcdowell, oklahoma, le royale and then the shroom. all sauces are good, fries are good, and if you want other sides grab them from doro soul food (same chef) in the same location.Location is a ghost kitchen setup with multiple concepts - only room for ordering, so plan to take this to go.

Best burger in DC. We love the McDowell and the Oklahoma onion. Haven't tried the others because these are too good!
