It can get busy here, but you can join the waitlist on Yelp or in person! Service is quick and efficient even during busy times (weekend late night). I do think the all you can eat for $35 is worth especially with a big group. The meats here are nice cuts, excellent quality, and marinated well. Not my most favorite banchans here, but they have the essentials. I do wish the pickled radish was thinner. The kimchi is perfectly sweetened!I've enjoyed the steamed egg, corn cheese (more creamy than others), spicy lettuce salad, and green onion salad. The japchae noodles were a bit bland, but I would give it another try. Really loved the 6 sauces here. Favorites are the Jalapeño Cream Sauce and Galbi Sauce. They don't give a lot at first, but you can always ask for more (good for no waste). Favorite meats are definitely Beef Brisket, Marinated Steak Ribeye, Galbi (short rib), and Garlic Pork Belly. Will definitely be coming back often and trying other meats!

I loved the other location so when i first found out there was a closer one to me I was soo excited. I can definitely tell the quality is not as great as other kbbq places in the area, but it makes sense considering the type of meats available for the price. I think its so worth it especially if you want more unique meats at this price point, like gopchang and pork jowl. Loved all the meats i got, my one comment is the brisket was THICK which i wasn't used to. Yummy banchans and quick service, my go to ayce for their varied options!

This place is consistently decent. Very good when it's not busy but when it is, service is a little slow which is understandable. The meat quality is really good and they have a bunch of options. My faves are brisket, honey butter squid, and pork jowl.I will say, the small intestines are kind of bitter but every now and then they're pretty good.I don't like how they skimp on sauces in the beginning, but I love the green sauce the most. I think it's the Jalapeno Cream Sauce, it tastes the best with all the meats.

We went as a group of 10, and there was plenty of space for us to sit together. The menu was extensive, offering a wide variety of options. My favorite dishes were the honey butter squid and octopus. Meat quality was okay. Overall, it's a good spot for a group lunch, and the prices are reasonable compared to other places in the area. Staff were attentive getting our orders and refilling the side dishes.

Meat projects is becoming my go-to for AYCE. First time trying the Fairfax location, went around 7:30 and it was packed. Definitely recommend joining the waitlist before going because you will be waiting for a while. Anyway, meat is decent for AYCE. Service was really good and attentive. Loved the brisket and all the marinated meats. We did the spicy bulgogi, Hawaiian bulgogi, and galbi. The steamed egg was lovely, the corn cheese was good. The kimchi was a little sour, so not my favorite. The japchae was good! Really loved their pickled cucumbers and bean sprouts. The overall vibe in there is vibrant and fun and bustling. They have the best music and it wasn't as loud as the other location, so still great for conversation. They are generous with the side dishes and overall had a great experience.

For an AYCE spot, this is pretty good! Glad I don't have to go all the way to Annandale or Centreville for some decent KBBQ. Lots of great options of the menu for you try. My favorite is the chadol beef! Plenty of banchan that is unlimited as well as the egg souffle and soup. Ask for the sides of garlic, jalapeños or lettuce as well as ssamjjang if thats what you need for the perfect bite! Price is decent for AYCE. definitely not the highest quality of meat but I am going for the quantity! Parking available in any of the parking garages. Ambiance is chill, not too loud, but definitely fun! Service is 50/50. Sometimes the staff are super attentive but other times, I find myself cooking my own meat and constantly asking for refills of kimchi, etc. Still a great spot to enjoy~

Pretty good KBBQ. The price is reasonable and the meat cuts are decent. I wouldn't say it's the best in the area but it gets your fix in! I did like all the sides and the meat options and the service was steady

We were on the yelp waitlist and the time expected is unfortunately inaccurate. Ours said 25-40 minutes, but the wait ended up being 1 hr 30 min. It was a saturday dinner so if we had known that it would take that long, we would have gone to a different place. Keep the waiting time in mind when visiting! The food and service were good. I did feel a bit rushed to eat sometimes when they would cook two meats at the same time and bring out more before we were finished eating. I will probably return on a less busy day.

Four of us came on a weekend night as we decided to try their new location. All you can eat is $30/per person which is reasonable compared to other locations. The meat quality was decent, and we got different kinds of meat: beef brisket, bulgogi, pork jowl, grilled shrimp, makchang, daechang, pork belly, etc. I do like the variety for the price. I like their green onion salad, and soybean soup. The steamed egg portion is small, and their corn cheese was mainly cheese/mayo. If you want garlic, jalapeno, ssamjang, and lettuce, you need to ask. However, they only serve 4 pieces of lettuce at a time, so we kept asking for more refills.Service was fine at the beginning but then it got really slow halfway through, and we were waiting for meats for awhile.Unlike the Centreville location, they do not offer Melona/dessert at the end. There ie a yelp waitlist which is helpful on busy nights. There is street parking and free garages nearby. AYCE dine-in time limit is 90 min.

So far the wait is over 1 hr and 20 for a party of 8 on a Saturday (I started my review while waiting). By the time we were seated, it was 9 pm and we came there at 7:30 and put our names down for the waitlist. At the time of sign up, the system stated 30-45 minutes wait times. They are not accommodating to bigger than 4 people groups. We will not be going here again if we had more than 4 people. No reservations on the weekend and not for parties of less than 8 Monday through Thursday creates a situation where a large number of people are treated like second class citizens. Why go to a restaurant that you are spending 500 with alcohol consumed) but have to wait an undefined time?Outside of the wait issue, this is a small restaurant and it is very very hot. Dress with a tank top layer so that you can strip down to that layer while dining. The food was good and the service was excellent. The rib eye and golbi are tasty. The brisket is like bacon because it is thinly sliced.
