Located inside of the Capitol Hilton hotel I came here because I couldn't eat at manifest or do anything there on a Sunday womp womp anyway, I ended up Here's what I got DrinksBlueberry Ricky good Flaming bourbon drink: it was not flaming it was okay a little too bitter for my taste Atlas beer was meh FoodTomato soup just fine Little Jim salad was okay Initially I ordered the nachos with guacamole and asked specifically for no cilantro. Of course they gave me cilantro not just in the nachos but in the guacamole. I specifically asked for no cilantro and asked if they could prepare this ahead of time and the server said that they could. Anyway .. This isannoying because I hate wasting food they did take it off and didn't charge me. Overall, I'm a little bit annoyed by the lack of attentiveness. I also felt that they were trying to rush me out and I really just wanted to hang out while I was waiting for a second deer with my friend. Overall, I think it was a fine place to kill some time, but I'm not in a rush to come back here

I ordered calamari it was tasty could have been fried a little harder to preserve the crunch. But 4/5Right proper pale ale. Excellent with great taste. Not too bitter. 5/5Red blend, Pessimist, CA 17.00 a glass but full bodied with great flavor and well balanced. Very juicy. Hey it's in a hotel and I don't know about the parking but it's in a busy area. The server was kind and attentive she made my bad day better. The ambiance is comfortable and sporty. You can have girls night out or date night for sure and be content. Environment wasn't too loud or too crowded.

Had dinner with a good friend that was staying at the hotel. It was cold outside and we just decided to eat in the hotel. It was a Friday night and it was really busy. It took a while for our server to come by and get our drink and food order. I got a beer (one that our waiter recommended) and the Classic Double Smash Burger. Both the beer and burger were good. Would I go out of my way to go here ever again...probably not. Overall just ok.

This is a nice restaurant/bar in the hotel lobby. The drinks average 17-20 dollars. Staff are friendly and the environment is welcoming. The place is clean. I quite enjoyed all my drinks and they came strong. Will return when I am back and recommend.

Was staying at the hotel for work so stopped in here after conference meetings. Understanding that it is a hotel bar so expectations were low, however, it was worse than you'd imagine. The vodka fizz was the #1 worst drink I've ever had it my life. It was almost as if you were pouring oil and water into a jar - the syrup was so thick and didn't mix with the alcohol so you either just got a sip full of syrup or straight vodka through a straw. We also got nachos and they were a 2/5. I prefer real cheese over queso so that might be a me thing but the chicken was also weird. Side of fries were good though, nice thick cut and seasoned.The service was wildly slow. We were there around 4:30pm shortly after they open (at 4pm) so among some of the only people there and it was like pulling teeth to get our orders in/close out.Despite all that, 2 stars over 1 because I would recommend this place for a nightcap. They have a heavy hand on the pours and the ambiance is great after 11pm.

We came here a few times while staying at the Washington Hilton and it was a pretty good bar overall. We had drinks twice and their pours were very generous. We had an amazing bartender as well and Darrin was super fun and it was great chatting with him. We had dinner once here and the food was decent; my wife had a Caesar salad that was okay overall and my turkey club was good, not great. I'd say this is a fun bar and I would come here again for drinks if I was staying at the Hilton again, but I would probably grab dinner elsewhere as there's several good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Slowest, most understaffed and overwhelmed staff I've ever experienced at a conference hotel restaurant/bar. Also, the place smells fishy on a daily basis.First night I waited 25 minutes before I gave up and went somewhere outside the hotel. 3 days later I'm back, hoping it might be better. 15 minutes in, we finally got a menu...Recommend you go out if staying at this hotel, rather than dine in.

15 minutes sitting at the bar... not a bartender or hostess in sight. Left to find another place.

OK--I know this is a hotel bar. Only jumped in here once for dessert and drinks around 10:30. We found a corner booth and waited. When the harried waiter finally appeared, he told us he had to RUN to the kitchen with our order b/c the kitchen was closing. Then we waited. He returned for our drink order--2 rum punches, 1 Mai Tai, and one club soda with lime. Again we waited. The punches and the Mai Tai came out and looked EXACTLY the same. After tasting, we decided they were the same.Desserts came. The Toffee Pudding is amazing. They were out of the Pumpkin bread pudding which I wanted to try. The cheesecake was a huge portion. The ice cream was liquid by the time it was delivered.Know that cocktails here are $16+. OK for nightcaps before you head to your room.

Went here with an old friend for lunch. First, let me say Amy (our server and bartender) was amazing. Showed us many bottles, gave us some tasting notes of each and some background of each as well. She is very knowledgeable and obviously loves what she does.The food was amazing also. We split a calamari app and desert. I had the Mac and cheese with bacon, prime rib and mushrooms. There were many other choices of add ins for the Mac and cheese but I didn't want to overload the dish with so many things I couldn't taste the main part. It was delicious! I did taste my friend's fish and chips and it was simply one of the best I have had.
