the best lamb I've ever had! I'm a truck driver and walked to the place from where I parked. mr Massa even took me back to my truck in his car. super great guy!! I'll be back for sure. im a wimp when it comes to "hot spicy" food but this was the perfect. not overpowering but tasty spicy if you know what I mean the rice was good and the pita bread was a nice touch. -John

YUM - Mazza Kitchen, I'm a fan!I noticed that this place was around the corner while running errands, and since it was close to lunch time, I decided to stop on by.The small eatery offers breakfast items, hot dogs, burgers, wings, salads, Indian eats, as well as kid options.I ordered the Butter Chicken, which came with rice, chickpeas, and bread - this was super delicious! The butter chicken was thick, creamy, and super flavorful, with a nice little kick to it! The rice was cooked perfectly, and the chickpeas were so yummy - no undercooked chickpeas here! A little side salad with ranch dressing was a nice touch.Don't sleep on their yummy sauces - they have a red and a green sauce, and I personally don't do cilantro, but these sauces were so garlic-y and delicious, they really add another layer to your meal. I'm not sure why others have complaints about the portion sizes but it was extremely filling!Staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming. There are plenty of seating inside for dining in, but I saw patrons calling ahead as well as do an in-person pickup for to-go orders.This is located in a business plaza type of an area, and there's labeled parking available.I'd love to return and try tout their Chicken Kabob and their Indian-Style Burgers!+delicious Indian eats!+friendly & kind service!+parking available

Once I entered through the door the owner was so welcoming. He was so pleasant and amazing! The establishment was clean and also welcoming. Now let's get to the food!!!!! A M A Z I N G ! ! ! The food was hot and I was risking 2nd degree burns because it was so good. I ate so fast that I forgot to take a picture but I can assure you the presentation was great and the food was even better. I recommend Mazza 1000%...

Mazza Kitchen is the best Indian/Pakistaní/Afghani food in the DMV area. It'll look like you're not in the right place when you're driving there (in an industrial area), but it's correct. There are not a lot of tables inside, but there are some. This restaurant does a mixture of Indian/Pakistani/Afghani/American food. I got the chicken tikka masala which was out of this world! It came with chickpeas (which were to die for!), naan, and a green salad. I also got an order of their aloo samosas (which were the best I've ever had!). The samosas were just buttery and flaky enough and they had an amazing and somewhat spicy filling of vegetables and potatoes. I would definitely be back!!

The menu mentions naan, rice, dal and salad for Dal Makhani. When we ordered it, the naan was less than 1/4th the size of a regular naan and the quantity of dal was also not sufficient to eat with the naan and rice. The menu is misleading and the sizes could have been better. We are not going back.

We keep coming back for the Lamb and Chicken Combo which is super tasty and always cooked to perfection. We get carryout and the container is always overflowing with meat. It's exactly what you want from a restaurant where you have a favorite dish - consistency and value. Mazza Kitchen excels at both. Don't pass this gem up!

What a hidden treasure!My son did a quick search for something different and said, "Why not Mazza Kitchen?"The small restaurant, located in an industrial park, serves a nice variety of Indian & American favorites for breakfast, lunch & dinner that will definitely have something tasty for everyone.We ordered Takki & Butter Chicken, which came with rice, chickpeas, salad and bread - we found both dishes to be delicious with more complex flavors than we would have expected. Both main dishes were cooked to perfection with the Takki Chicken having a unique dry rub that included a nice "medium" kick to it. The Butter Chicken was just as good with a thick, creamy sauce with its own nice little bit of heat. The chickpeas were so good I begged for more as the preparation and "secret sauce" was to die for! Really, I could just have had a plate of chickpeas and rice and feel absolutely satisfied. Did I mention that the side sauces also brought the dishes to a whole new level?! The regular portion sizes are generous, and you can also order a "large" portion on some menu items that basically doubles the main dish for a very small upcharge - it's well worth it. Really, the prices paid for what you get are outstanding!Though the restaurant is small, it is clean, tidy, and in good condition - they have adequate seating though I'm sure that their takeout business is robust. Finding the restaurant the first time might be a challenge, but there is plenty of parking around it.My son & I will be back, and I am looking forward to their lamb dishes next!
