Service was great! Cute place! The food was delicious, we ordered wings, 2 pizzas, and crab soup. Crab soup was better than mine! And we left not a drop of food on any plate! We can't wait to come back to town to go back!!!! It'll be our definite dinner stop on night one !!!

About a 1-1.5: We had ordered here for a work lunch, and while navigating the online system was extremely difficult (slow loading, error signs, etc.), we were managed to submit for a pickup.We had ordered:+a couple of the Roasted Salmon entrees - this was supposed to be butternut squash risotto with cremini mushrooms, oven-roasted tomatoes, and shaved Parm; we had requested the goat cheese and arugula on the side, but this came in a small condiment cup in which the arugula and the goat cheese were already mixed together; in addition, the arugula was not fresh, and the goat cheese was hardly in existence+a Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo - with sun-dried tomatoes and cremini mushroom; the chicken itself was overcooked and super chewy; the side of garlic bread was extremely soggy from the heat, as it was not even packed separately, but put inside the container; there was a request for extra alfredo sauce, but the pasta were hardly dressed and dried outService was friendly at pickup, but there was confusion on the order and it didn't seem to have been ready yet, even though we had arrived during the pickup time quoted.Not a great experience; we'd probably try another eatery the next time around.+greens are not fresh+overcooked proteins+soggy breads+customizations not adhered to

If this is the one on 8th St, don't go there until they get sufficient staff. We went there for brunch on Saturday to celebrate a grandchild's recital. It took an hour to get the food and another hour to get the bill. With a 7 year old and 2 year old, it was a brutal wait. The table next to us was also frustrated and when we walked outside there was another customer who said the wait time was unbearable. Matchbox used to be a favorite of mine. So disappointing.

Food: pizza was by far the WORST that we have ever had from here. We ordered the pig &pineapple and the pineapple glaze was under the cheese which made all the toppings slide off. The waitress did not bring a spatula for us to use nor parm. cheese or red peppers. We ordered an appetizer, however it never came! Definitely did not come before the pizza. Ambiance was nice in the restaurant, but the bathrooms were disappointing and gross!!! This is by far the absolute worst experience that I have had at Matchbox and I've been coming here to this exact location since 2021. Needless to say, I wont be back for some time!

First time coming to match box. We walked in and were seated within the first 5 minutes. I loved the decor and feel of the place. We came for the milk and honey brunch. Everything was delicious. The cinnamon rolls were melt in your mouth. A perfect outside crust from the cast iron. And the cream cheese icing is made fresh. The pancakes were crispy and buttery some of the best pancakes I've ever had. My sandwich was delicious the chicken was a bit over fried but it was still amazing sandwich. I really enjoyed my time here the service was okay. We had to keep asking another server for help our server was a bit distant. I would come back for brunch and to try their pizza.

Not my top location to visit. Customer service was 50/50, took forever to get drinks and our food came out of order with our appetizers coming after eating two slices of pizza. Calamari seemed like half was missing.

I didn't think the food or drinks were kick out of the park delicious but they were pretty good for happy hour! I was with a big group of people so we got a bunch of appetizers and I made sure to try every single one to give the people (yelp) what they want! Starting off with the nachos... loaded with meat and sauces they were delectable. The mini burgers were quite dry and I felt that the patty lacked on flavor and the bread was not as fresh as I would have liked. The pizza was mid with it lacking tomato sauce and could have been way cheesier or just have had something more to it. The Mac and cheese balls, now those were really good they had some sort of vodka sauce that I ended up drowning my mini burger in. The bread for the table wasn't very good as it lacked flavor but the marinara sauce on the side of it was a great touch! Drinks: I tried their red sangria and thought it was tasty but quite sweet! They garnished it nicely with some fruits which added to the freshness of the drink! I got the lavender 25 I think it was called which was a low alc content beverage made of sparkling wine with lavender syrup and lemon. I thought it was good but nothing to write home about. The staff was super friendly and accommodating so shout out for that! I would like to return here to try their proper entrees as they have some delicious sounding salads and a salmon dish I have my eye on for next time!

While waiting on my car's oil change to be done, I decided to walk around the corner to one of my fav happy hour spots from years ago...it's been a minute. Sat outside to enjoy a little sun and ppl watching. I had the arancini appetizer and a salad. Loved the arancini but had to ask for extra toppings for the salad. Not sure why restaurants think if you order a salad it's ok to give you just a bowl of greens. Anyway the service was good so I definitely won't let so much time go by before I visit again.

Got the salmon salad and honestly it was the smallest piece of salmon ever. However, the flavors went really well. They were definitely low on servers but they had multiple people asking if we were ok and checking in.

If I could give this Matchbox a NEGATIVE star rating, I would. Today's experience has become commonplace. No greeter at the desk to check in to the reservation. Drinks took forever to come, and it was only coffee and tea (no subsequent refills were ever offered). Food took forever to come and everyone had cold items that were supposed to be hot. Server didn't come back to the table, so I had to flag down the manager. After my sandwich came incorrect the SECOND time, I gave up the ghost (my only request was no aoli). And what makes everything even more frustrating was that there were more workers than patrons!!! This location is only consistent in it's sub-standard service.Save yourself the frustration and dine elsewhere.F-
