We've ordered pizza from Manhattan Pizza & Pasta several times since we moved to our home a year ago. We had been Paisano's loyal customers in Rockville but now we're out of their delivery area. Manhattan Pizza & Pasta is so much better and their specials are a great way to save money too (like their 3 topping X-large for $17.99). Their pizzas are always hot, tasty and they don't skip on ingredients. The shop gets busy on weekends and delivery may take a few minutes longer but we'll continue to order from them in the future.

Sham! Waited an hour and 45 minutes for food to arrive. When we called to inform them that our nearly $100 order was COLD - they could have cared less! There was traffic and to get over it. Appalling! SHAME ON YOU MANHATTAN PIZZA AND PASTA! We had to place everything in the oven.

Food is very very good here, my Stromboli arrived nice and hot so it carried well, very cheesy with a nice sauce on the side. Customer service was really good they took my order with my problems as well and are very nice and respectful. I do know that they have a dine in area as well but I've never been inside but I hear that it's nice and quiet with a few TVs I believe.

Ordered 25 mins before and asked for eat inordered eggplant parm, chicken alfredo, and a chicken calzonearrived and they said they didn't have cups of water available, only bottled water that you had to buy...weird. then we got the lukewarm food with plastic cutlery (weird again). the guy that gave us plastic cutlery came back & asked if we were gonna get drinks. my sis and i were waiting for my dad (who was paying) and we hesitated then said no bc we didn't know if our dad would be okay with us buying drinks or not. the waiter walked away kinda laughing which made me feel weird again. eggplant parm was on top of spaghetti. spaghetti was overcooked. the parm on the eggplant was too solid , like i couldn't even cut through it. the eggplant wasn't rlly soft and it was chewy the chicken alfredo was very garlicky and it was hard to grab the noodles because of the plastic cutlery. also, it was cold which ruined my appetite. the additional caesar salad had old lettuce that had a bad aftertaste. the calzone was cold, and was left unfinished. the food was saltless overall. and again, cold and sad. will not be coming back

The food used to be ok, now it's disgusting. They miss parts of orders, like a sandwich and fries combo? No fries. Report it? THEY SAY YOU'RE LYING. Want lettuce and a sandwich? that'll be an extra $3! For some limped angel hair shaved lettuce on a rancid eggplant sandwich. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. Unless you want gross food and missing items, and to be told you're a liar when you tell them the fries are missing. Oh, and think twice and a few more times about the cheesey garlic bread with moz. It's 4 very thin crostini for almost $8. And it's not good. I'll never order from them againOver priced, obnoxious, no customer service, poor quality. WHY would you spend precious dollars here? There are millions of great pizza/sandwich joints, give them your money instead!! (btw, omg, their health record!!!)

Great place to stop in to get a pizza. My kids and I really enjoy this place when we are in the Olde Towne area of Gaithersburg. Service is good and fast and the seating area is simple but comfortable. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portions they serve.

From bad to worse. Not only bad customer service, but they charge a " Dining room fee" if you want to eat in. No wonder why the place is practically empty. If they want to emphasize delivery or takeout, just close the dining room altogether.

Have attempted to order delivery from this restaurant three times, twice on Slice and most recently on GrubHub and all three times the order was promptly cancelled with no real explanation. We live within 6 miles of this restaurant and the orders were placed during open hours. If delivery to our area is an issue, we should not be allowed to order. Very disappointed in this restaurant. Not a way to get new customers.

We used to order from Paisanos but the quality was horrific... so we tried Manhattan Pizza & pasta. for the last 7 years we have tried nearly everything on their menu and we are very loyal cutomers! . I have to point out one thing in particular-- their marinara sauce is some of the BESTI have ever had!! Fresh and almost identical to my italian Nonna's ! Their meatballs are not frozen.. they are made fresh and always moist. I order their pasta often with xtra sauce....and thee portions are huge. The other day I ordered a big steak and cheese that was full of flavor, lots of melty cheese on a soft hoagie bun.. Perfection!! Great service... always delivered on time... highly recommended!

It has taken me 3 enjoyable meals to settle down to write this reveiw. Two were delivered meals and the third and most recent was a visit to the restaurant because I was curious about where these meals came out of. I had not intended to sit in but decided to when I saw the large space. I was pleased with the meals but wish they served water at the tables, wiped down their tables more frequently and had a waiter available for any needs seated patrons might have after they'd ordered their meals on entering the restaurant. The tables were not filthy but those few crumbs on the tables were tell tale. The first two meals I had from this restaurant were Gyro on Pita bread - authentic tasting sandwiches with the gyro meat more in planks than the smaller shavings I am accustomed to from other restaurants. My most recent meal from Manhattan Pizza & Pasta was the Souvlaki Dinner Delight which comprised of seasoned beef, a small Greek salad, pita bread, tzatziki sauce, frenchfries, ketchup and dressing for the salad. The meat in the Souvlaki Dinner Delight was well seasoned and flavorful although a bit chewy. The frenchfries were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside; not greasy at all. The salad was excellent; fresh and crisp lettuce, tomatoes, purple onions, a pepper, an olive or two sprinkled with feta cheese. The pita bread was soft and a pliable. The tzatziki sauce was good; definitely acceptable by most standards. I love feta cheese and wish there was more with the meal. It was good to find food that was tasty and consistently NOT oversalted. The meal could feed two. I did bring the rest of my food home.The salad dressing (vinaigrette) was confusing. It was an awful lot of oil with seasoning...lurking at the bottom that did not yield when stirred. I did not use the vinaigrette. This is definitely something for the resaturant to consider doing something about.Whatever the shortcomings of this restaurant, the location, portions, and overall quality of the food made up for it. Good food, competitive pricing, and somewhere to sit if you choose to do so. In good weather you can cross the street to the Gaithersburg Community Museum and enjoy more of Gaithersburg Old Town.
