Prices can be a bit ridiculous for certain items but the food, is more often than not, amazing. It's unfortunate that a decent halal option seems to price gouge especially being in the suburbs (~30 mins outside DC). If you enjoy spicy, flavorful food, this spot is definitely worth a try! Service is solid though. (Although I usually order takeout rather than dining in)

If you ever feel incredibly hungry and need a huge meal, this place is for you then. I've been coming here for many years now, first as kid with my family and now as an adult with my friends. The food here overall is pretty good, great General Tso chicken and great Jasmine tea! Tho I must emphasize that they have raised their prices up recently, which honestly I don't blame them, many privately owned restaurants had to do recently. But of course the portions you get is well worth the price.

Update from the owner responding: We are desi too and one of your oldest customers. So, yes I am speaking about my own community, no need for you to try and back them up especially when you yourself are the one giving bad attitude to them. You are the one I spoke to on the phone. And this review was for 3 events in one. How do you even know what day or time I am referring to? Look this place needs to work on their customer service and many of your other reviews say the same thing. The same goes with your quality of food. Those two go hand in hand for a great restaurant. I appreciate that you will take steps to work on things. It will definitely bring back a lot of your lost customers especially the old ones. My family and I and friends used to come here from when they first opened. The staff and owner were so pleasant then and quality of food was amazing. I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance anymore. The owner is so rude now and so is the staff. It sucks to say two words to them now. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they've become so bitter because they have to deal with so many nonsense desi people. But it is just too ridiculous how they behave and speak now. On top of that the quality of the food has gone down significantly. Good thing is there are some halal places around Loudon area that are still great, just sucks that it is far from people on east side.

The food is good but customer service is terrible! The woman upfront is too busy talking to the staff in back or on her cell phone.. doesn't acknowledge you with a " hi I'll be right with you ", or good afternoon or thank you! Probably needs to go yo finishing school!

Never ever going back there the food was sooo bad , me and family didn't finish the food it made us sick don't go there and waste your money

We ordered from here through Grub Hub. The chicken on a stick was burnt. The Lo mein noodles were mushy. will not be eating there again.

I apologize for this kind of review however I wasted my money buying the combination fried rice. It tasted very horrible. Never recommend to anyone.

So this was an interesting and memorable experience but not in the way you'd imagine it go at a nice Chinese restaurant. Today I enjoyed an onion party here when I mistakenly entered this establishment. I saw the incredibly long menu (which for some reason has no descriptions for anything?!), and decided on a chili chicken and chefs special chicken. I was in for a treat. What I got was two bowls of cold thick sliced onions and peppers. In fact there was nothing chili or special about either dish. It was a tasteless, flavorless, embarrassment of a meal, which the restaurant should be quite frankly ashamed of. I would not recommend this place to anyone who likes tasty food. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, to a place that might appreciate your patronage.

Do not go there. You can go if you want to waste money and get overcharged for a below par food. Its a rip off. Expired drinks are served. Food is okay but service sucks.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. After a long day, we ordered a basic meal, beef & broccoli and general tso. It was the absolute WORST meal we have ever had considering it cost us $60. The food came hot but had very little flavor - I would say zero but there was a funky aftertaste to it. I didn't know it was possible to have bad chinese food, but now I do. Never again, don't waste your money!
