We've been coming to Mama Lucia's since they opened and I have to say it was very disappointing. Our waitress was wonderful, very accommodating and acknowledging the lack of attention to the timing of the food. We ordered Caesar salad, wedding soup, and fried ravioli as our appetizers. the Caesar salad came out very wet. The lettuce was wet, and the dressing had no flavor. I sent it back for the wedding soup. Prior to the soup coming, The fried ravioli came out and tasted like seafood in which my fiancé does not eat. We had to send it back. It was an edible. The wedding soup took a while, but will it eventually arrived it was very good; flavorful with a nice broth. I recommend putting Parmesan cheese in it and pepper Our entrées were good for the price point ($30.00 each). They give huge portions. I ordered the seafood MARE with vodka sauce. it was excellent. It had clams, shrimp and calamari. My fiancé ordered the chicken special with balsamic vinaigrette on chicken with asparagus and a large portion of spaghetti on the side. I have to say service was excellent. The place was pretty empty on a Thursday night and items arriving out we're very slow. I'm thinking the Fallsgrove restaurant has a little bit more attention to the details. Having been there in the past but our server was so sweet Her details to customer service were exceptional

Came on a Monday night, perfect timing for Pasta Night! We ordered 2 chicken pastas and 2 regular pastas. The deal is get one pasta of any kind at regular price, get a regular pasta for $8. This is a fantastic deal! Service was friendly and prompt, but the entrees took a while even though we came in just after 5pm and there weren't many people there. When the food did come, everything was fantastic and perfect. Chicken florentina, chicken brunello, carbonara and baked ziti. All 4 were delicious and piping hot. More people came around 6pm. The only not great were the salads. Either the dressing or the cheese didn't taste right. We have never liked the salads there but frankly you're not really the for the salad so it's not a deal breaker.Complimentary bread and jimmy sauce is yummy! Great visit for dinner. 4 pastas $68 plus tip. 2 thumbs up!

Went here for a late lunch & we had such a pleasant waiter. The kids enjoyed their dish so much. The calamari we got as an appetizer was surprisingly good; it was lightly breaded which is nice vs having so much oil with each bite. Their Cesar salad is also pretty good there. As well as the pasta dishes. They were definitely big portions. The area was clean and the music wasn't too loud which I can appreciate.

nothing to go crazy over. the food is good, not mind-blowing. the penne vodka is typically a fan-fave but my boyfriend had it yesterday and afterwards was sick with nausea, vomiting, chills, diarrhea, etc. he was the only one in our party to order it and the only one with this reaction. he also said there was hardly any prosciutto in it. the portions are pretty huge, which justifies the price. but if you have leftovers, prepare to see a thick, congealed layer of butter / oil on the bottom of the container the next day.service was fine but could have been better -- often left without water for 15+ minutesinterior is bright and clean, there's a private room for parties, and there's a pizza counter where you can watch them make the pies. large parking lot.

Wow, shocked to see only a 3.5 star review on Yelp. I give this place a 5 star because the food was fantastic!I ordered the spaghetti squash bowl with spicy marinara and he ordered the homemade lasagna.Both of the dishes were incredible. The lasagna was made with beef and pork meat sauce. There was also bread and oil with herbs and cheese.Absolutely delicious! The service was great and it was options to sit inside and outside.We decided to try the pizza so we each took a slice to go. I got the specialty vegetarian and he got the pepperoni.Looking forward to trying the pizza. We have ordered here in the past, but we have never dined in. We will definitely be back.

It was quiet when we got to the restaurant and were greeted by Sarah. She was sweet and provided great service. They serve bread with an olive oil mix with cheese. The bread is warm and has great flavor. I order the special seafood but changed the sauce to a Florentine with corkscrew pasta. My scallops and shrimp were tender and cooked perfectly. The crab meat on top was just perfect. Meatballs were large, moist, and seasoned great. Pasta wasn't dry and a good potion with meat sauce. Ordered a calzone to go and was hot and fresh with 3 meats and sauce on the side. Had a cup of great Lavazza coffee as a finale. Really a great dinner and my food was so yummy. Will definitely go back.

Every time we have pizza from here, it's so good! The service and ambiance is top tier. The only thing I would change (even though they can't) is the parking situation at Federal Plaza. It's literally the worst.

After shopping until we dropped! Well actually sat down we decided instead of a slice of pizza let's dine in. Great idea. The menu has been updated and inside looks updated too. Very comfortable and server was friendly and hospitable. Food was good and atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. I'm curious to try the thin pizza next time and also some other items we saw in menu. We noticed a table next to us had ordered pasta and I think a meatball sandwich and the portions looked huge. Excited to come back.

I love their pizza and the friendly staff makes pickup a breeze. I grew up on NY pizza and after going through many local spots, Mamma won out. Their Tuesday special doesn't hurt.
