This place is so fun! Such a unique and cool vibe... kind of a hole in the wall but then you step in and it feels like a whole different world! Still a bar, but with some magic! There's a cute little outdoor patio in the back too. The awesomeness is SO yummy and there's something for everyone here. Good service.Pro tip: check in for a discount on the awesomeness!

I visited Little Miss Whiskey's on a Saturday afternoon while exploring H street. It's very easy to miss as the outside of the bar has pretty low curb appeal or signage.I must say, the interior of the bar is really cool - there are deep purple lights throughout the spot that give this a grundgy, deep, gory glow. The theme seems to be dark, rock, demon based which is pretty cool - definitely a unique interior. I do wish there was a bit more light; something about the darkness make me a little sleepy and definitely made it a little tough to read the menu. Not shockingly, the bar specializes in whiskey - there was a giant menu with ALOT of options of whiskies and whiskey based cocktails to try. Selection overload so we went with a couple Jameson and gingers haha. The drinks were solid and just what I would expect from a rail. They do not offer food, but let guests bring in food from other restaurants so definitely plan to eat ahead or bring food if you want to stop by for a while.Technically, there is an outdoor patio but we didn't last long out there. I got bitten up pretty badly by mosquitos within 5 minutes of standing outside. On top of that, their patio is directly next to the neighboring restaurants dumpster area, so you can imagine what it smelled like out there. I like the idea of having a patio, but would love a bit of a cleaner + more comfortable environment out there.A cool bar to stop in once to check our the interior, but I didn't find enough to make me want to come back regularly.

Overall this place is okay. Came with some friends and the vibes were a little weird. It was hard to find when driving past since the signage isn't that easy to see. The aesthetic and decor was grungey and loved the lighting and ambiance. The crowd in there the night we went was really young like freshly 21. I saw someone else's review that it was like theatre kids had been let loose here and I can't agree more lol. There was a large group doing ballroom dancing to the pop music playing. and the music was okay. Some hits but mostly just okay music. Bartenders were friendly though and service was quick. I would say it probably is just a hit or miss depending on who the dj is that night and what kind of crowd you enjoy!

I can always appreciate a good bar that caters more to beer lovers with a theme and an ambiance. My partner-in-crime on this caper was not particularly a fan of beer and in reading the detailed description a drink that sounded like an amazing cocktail, she ordered a sour beer. It was pretty top notch and she enjoyed it enough so that's a win. I ordered an actual cocktail, Dark and Stormy. It wasn't one of the best, but it wasn't bad at all. The menu is a bit chaotic as to how all the drinks are just kind of mixed in together and it's way too many words to peruse per page especially if you're already under the influence. I wish I took a picture of the menu but it was hurting my head to try to pick something out. The locals seem to already know what they want the moment they walk in and I get that but...yeah. Nevertheless, this is a good spot and I'll likely pop back in the more time I spend out here.

I stopped in here once after waiting for some friends for a dinner. Parking on H St can be tricky sometimes, so I figured instead of coming on time and stressing that I would come a little early. After I parked, I walked along H St as I wondered where I'd go, and the purple lights caught my attention. I've walked by several times but never stopped in. Why not go now?? And it turns out its this place, a dive bar! Just imagine purple everywhere and some quirky dive bar posters and decor, and that's this place. It's rather spacious too. The bartenders were super friendly and despite being after 7, they had some reasonably priced drinks! There was also quite a variety of beers and spirits to choose from. Vibes were on point -- I'd go back! It's definitely one of the best bars on H St (right now).

I visited twice last year and while it's out of the way for me, I've been wanting to go back. This place is a vibe overall. I love dive bars and am over some of the younger bars in the Clarendon and DuPont area. They do have a dance floor upstairs if that's your scene but it's still a different crowd. The aesthetic is awesome and they have craft beers, unique seltzers, and their own frozen drink. Bartender service is good and quick and overall, they're very nice. I highly recommend if you want a more chill scene on a night out.

Sticky floors and prison style bathrooms. Upstairs floor felt like it was going up crash in below us!

There aren't enough stars to give to this place. Most fun I've ever had in DC. Music is usually fantastic. Crowd can be weird - kinda like if theatre kids got let loose in DC - but I love it, it's part of the charm
