Voted best matcha in DC for a reason! I could drink the matcha yuzu lemonade everyday. It's sweet, tart and well balanced. Only wish their drinks were a bit cheaper. That being said, their cups are on the larger size and all of their drinks are hand made, so def worth checking out if you want a good beverage!

This cute coffee shop is located inside Streets Market. I have been here multiple times and love the vanilla matcha and vanilla latte but everything is great here. The syrups they have are sweet but not overpoweringly sweet. The service is also 5 stars! Love this place!

I really wanted to love their matcha but was unfortunately quite disappointed. I think they just got lucky from blowing up on social media. Their matcha was fine but nothing special. By the picture, you can tell it was a bit grainy and could have been dissolved better. Still searching for the best matcha in DC.

A coffee shop inside a market is always a good idea and Little Hat Coffee is worth a visit. Step inside Streets Market and head to the very back near the registers. Here you'll find a little coffee shop with bar seating only. The menu is small, but mighty. They have lattes, espresso, cappuccino, and more. Tea is on the menu and a few specialty drinks like an Orange Blossom Tamarind Fizz. My vanilla latte was chef's kiss- creamy, flavorful, and so nice. It was just over $6.

Look at the color of that matcha--absolutely perfect. I think I've found the best-tasting matcha in DC, hands down. The cortado was a bit bitter for my taste, so next time I'll add a touch of flavor. The milk, though, was steamed to perfection. My only qualm was the lack of seating! Not the café's fault, but with such attentive service and carefully crafted drinks, I was hoping to settle in for a sec.

This is the best coffee and matcha in DC! The baristas are so welcoming and nice. I also really enjoyed the pastries. My favorite one was the guava/cream cheese pastelito.

Now they're officially located at Streets Market on 14th!! They only have two bar seating, but still fun place to hang around (probs not work). Streets has outdoor seating tho! My favorite drinks are the Pandan Matcha, Date Caramel Latte, Tamarind Fizz, and Yuzu Matcha Lemonade :-) but can't go wrong with anything. Currently using Lost Sock for drip and A Toda Madre for espresso drinks. Ask if they have any specials that day or seasonal stuff! Frankie the beverage king is always whipping up new things LMAOUsually they have pastries like pastelitos from Migueilto's or croissants and cookies from Saku Saku or donuts from Rose Ave!! Saw on social media that this was voted the best matcha in DC, so I had to check it out. It's inside the Streets Market, and I don't remember if there's any signage outside saying they're in there. I ordered an iced pandan matcha latte with oat milk. It was heavenly and definitely one of, if not the best matcha latte I've had in DC. The pandan added a nice, creamy coconut-like sweetness that worked so well. The service was friendly, and I didn't wait too long for my drink. This is a dangerous discovery because I live walking distance from this place...I will be back!
