I didn't order any food here but I ordered the Lemonade. I decided to mix the Lavender flavor with Ginger + Tumeric. It was really delicious and delightful. I ordered the 16oz instead of the 20oz.I've actually come Little Food Studio before and ordered drinks during the Fall season. It's right in between Menya Hosaki & Honeymoon Chicken. If you want a breakfast sandwich, lemonade, or coffee/ tea (served hot or cold), I definitely recommend swinging by. I also like that they have seasonal items. To my knowledge, they don't have seating inside because it is a small shop, but have very limited patio seating outside. It's about 10 minutes walking from the Petworth/ Georgia Ave Metro

Friend said 'let's meet there" -I looked at the photos, sent a thumbs up and headed out the door. When I arrived there were two people standing outside. I brushed right past them opening the door with more energy than needed and that's when I realized why it's called LITTLE food studio. Emphasis on LITTLE - not a place where you can gather, but definitely a place you'll want to visit over and over again. Lovely people working there - delicious bites, drinks, deserts (or breakfast treats!(Pop in and try one (or two) of everything. Literally, nothing disappoints.

This is my second time visiting them. I was the first customer this day and I go to meet one of the owners. She was amazing I loved the customer service. We chit chatted about how we liked our lattes. I also enjoyed that she tooled some recommendations about other coffee shops I've tried. I really enjoyed the black owned business and the red velvet latte was delicious. It was my first time having one.

Little food studio serves of simple yet sophisticated bites. You may say well it's a sandwich spot but it's more than that and the aesthetic is lovely. For our orders we had the Ellen (my personal fave) and I made it spicy (more on that later), the Bianca, the Marie, and the brioche and egg sandwiches. We also ordered chips, signature and lavender lemonades. The Ellen is a well balanced sandwich served with Turkey Breast, Prosciutto, Pesto, Tomato, Arugula, and if you like some spice add the chili relish. Portions are large and delicious. I'm a sucker for lemonades and with the signature lemonade already comes with mint and basil you know that you're in for a treat- Simply refreshing!! If you're more adventurous then try the lavender and your tastebuds will thank you. If you don't like a bit of sweetness, you can always cut it with water. Anywho I love love love everything Chef Danielle does. Let me tell you about how much I love this spot - I had my job order it for one of our weekly team lunches and now it's added to the rotation because it was a hit. Be sure to also check out the breakfast pastries, lattes and salads. Truly something for everyone.

Such a cute little spot! I ordered a to-go eggplant panini online, and they prepared it super quickly. The panini was a bit thick, but the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I didn't have the chance to dine in or explore the rest of the menu, but the cozy atmosphere makes it seem like a lovely neighborhood gem.

The staff. THE STAFF! They are so so so wonderful and they know people's orders and are always having a good time. The pecorino scone is to die for and their coffee is delish. So excited for them to move to a new space with more seating!

I recently moved to the neighborhood and I've been meaning to stop in. It's a VERY small space inside - enough for one, maybe two people to stand near the counter. I ordered the Ellen - it cost $15 which isn't cheap but it's a BIG sandwich that can make two meals if you aren't extremely hungry.I placed my order inside and then sat at one of their tables outside -- it was ready in just a few minutes! The Ellen is tasty. I especially like the pesto and look forward to trying the others!

Once again Yelp comes through in the clutch. I had to take detour on my way to the Barbershop to get made handsome again... The guys understand that statement!!However, unfortunately when driving around DC/ PG County borders you will run into some type of construction and detours. Which lead me this way. The detour stirred my appetite which caused me to want a quick breakfast sandwich. However, instead I found this Sausage Roll..and this time I did get my son one too.. When he's in the chair at the Barbershop I normally step away real quick and indulge in some light breakfast or sought. Bottom line for my first time experience, I can't complain about this spot on Upshur St. It didn't disappoint. Thx to my fellow Yelpers! I recommend the is location for sure..

Stopped by here right at opening on a Thursday morning. Cute coffee shop with friendly staff- I appreciate how they were welcoming and friendly towards my pup as well :)My boyfriend and I ordered the Olive Oil Mocha (hot and iced) and the lemon mascarpone danish. The danish was not only instagrammable but also so fresh and delicious. The olive oil mocha piqued my interest and lived up to expectations. We ate outside of the coffee shop-- they even had ice water for pups available at 7:30am- a big plus.Their rolls look delicious and seem to sell out but are not available until 8:30am so we were too early to try this morning but would love to come back and give them a taste.
