Lia's is a great local spot for happy hour or dinner! They have different deals nearly each day of the week, and on monday i went for their all day 'apertivo hour' with some coworkers. Their HH prices just can't be beat! They have adorable patio seating with string lights, perfect for summer. There is a bar area with small tables for a more casual vibe, as well as a more formal dining room. We sat in the bar area and had great service. There is garage parking next door that is free after 5pm.The orange, hugo, and cranberry limone spritzes were delish - light and very refreshing. Chicken parm slider and regular slider looked super tasty and a great value for $5 - my coworkers enjoyed them very much! The chicken parm nuggies were also delish, but I didn't notice anything 'parm' about them - it was basically 3 large fried chicken nuggets with a dip that was almost like a thick, chunky marinara. They were good, but I would've liked if they had a bit of melted cheese on them to make them truly 'chicken parm'. We enjoyed the white bean hummus but thought the ratio of hummus to flatbread was off - we definitely could've used another piece of flatbread for the amount of hummus given. My coworker who got the mozzarella bombs thought they were good but a bit doughy. Regardless, we ate every last bite of every dish. I would definitely come back, especially in the summer when we can sit outside!

Went here with a group of 5. The restaurant had beautiful decor with a wall made of what looked like intricately placed branches behind the host stand, velvet accent walls, and tablecloths. The lighting was dim and well thought out. The complimentary bread was delicious. It was a focaccia with some flavored butter (couldn't put my finger on what exactly it was). For appetizers we shared the crispy Brussels sprouts and white bean hummus. The Brussels sprouts had a delicious sauce and weren't too oily. For my main I got the rigatoni alla vodka. It had a generous ball of burrata which I mixed into the pasta. The sauce was creamy and addictive. The ricotta donuts were served warm and were absolutely divine, and came with a lemon sauce. The tiramisu we ordered tasted more like a cheesecake, but if they called it tiramisu cheesecake I would've been satisfied. The lemon berry tart was good, it reminded me of a lemon bar.Overall, high quality ingredients, delicious food at reasonable prices.

I have been here for dinner once and a holiday party several times. They do a great job with both. The service is good, and I really enjoy the vibe. The bar area is small ish but is separate from the dining area. There are a couple of dining areas as well. It's not the biggest restaurant, but I liked the layout. Parking with validation is easy which is tough to come by in this area. The food is solid but nothing I would go out of my way to eat. One of my students said the pizza was really good here, so I might have to update this review after getting pizza here.

This seemed like a nice and fancy, but parking was really difficult and the restaurant was unexpectedly very loud. It was difficult to have my own conversations. My friends and I ordered some pastas, and they were alright. I liked the complimentary bread the most. Service was quick and it was convenient to pay through my phone.

This charming spot has been my go-to for years, known for its specialty cocktails and mouthwatering burgers and pizzas. So, this past weekend, I decided to treat my parents to a meal here, and I was excited to share this gem with them.We chose to dine inside the main restaurant this time, and I must say, the ambiance is lovely. The decor is tasteful, and the space is vibrant yet cozy, making it perfect for a family gathering. Plus, their extensive wine selection is impressive, catering to every palate. While the food was as delicious as l remembered-those mimosas and rich coffee were standout choices--the service was a bit slower than usual. It took some time for our orders to be taken and for my mom's meal to arrive, which was surprising since l've typically enjoyed prompt service here.Despite the slight delay, the quality of the food truly shone through. Each bite was a reminder of why I keep coming back. All in all, our experience at Lia's was very enjoyable. The delicious food and inviting atmosphere more than made up for the slower service. I'll definitely be returning to Lia's in the future, as it remains a favorite spot for both a casual meal and a special outing.

The food is still very good! I just wished my risotto balls came out hot not cold. The bread and butter spread is delicious and I usually don't eat bread. Chicken Milanese was made perfect with nice arugula salad. My Mediterranean salad was excellent and huge Glad I split it. Great ambience and extremely friendly service they also validate for parking!

Bottom line first: Service was friendly but slow and the food across the board was all just a bit too salty. Highlights:+ Truffle Mushroom Ravioli ($24) - This was hands down the best dish of the night. Lots of mushrooms, parmesan shavings, and arugula to balance the truffle oil. Would recommend!+ Maryland Crab Ravioli ($29) - This July special was not as good as the mushroom ravioli but the corn and asparagus bits topping the ravioli made it nice and summery.+ Crispy Calamari ($16) - Calamari itself and its breading were both nice and tender but too salty. + PEI Mussels ($18) - Mussels were tasty but the broth was too salty to dip bread in.+ Speaking of bread, the complimentary focaccia was wonderful--warm and soft with a toasty (salted) crust on top.Would not reorder:- Nona's Lasagna - We tried their Thursday special, which is $30 for salad + lasagna + cannoli. Unfortunately, the lasagna did not suit any of our tastes--too much cheese on top and a little gamy. - Tasty Little Meatballs ($14) - Meatballs were tough and too salty. I believe this was a July special as well.- Crispy Bacon Brussels Sprouts ($14) - Even though "crispy" was in the name, we weren't expecting this to be so dry and crisped through.- Shrimp Scampi ($25) - Ordered this for my preschooler and mom to share and wish the server had alerted us to the fact that it's spicy. We had also told the server at the beginning of our meal that we were celebrating a birthday but it doesn't appear that the restaurant celebrates birthdays since there were no candles brought out with the dessert we ordered (let alone bonus dessert).

Came in earlier this month and had a wonderful happy hour experience with a friend. Our server Maria was well informed about the menu and gave us some great recommendations. She was also so kind and patient as we decided what we were in the mood for! In the end, my friend and I each got a spritz (only $10!) and got some appetizers to split. The ambiance at Lia's is very homey and relaxing after a long day of work! Definitely will be back again soon!

My daughter made a last minute reservation, and Lia's had room. White table cloth, groups of families and business folks, quiet setting, attentive server welcomed us into the restaurant.I ordered a glass of reasonably priced pinor noir while I waited for my daughter. Then we ordered calamari and roasted brussels sprouts. I am not a fan of the Rhode Island style calamari, as I'm always surpised by battered sour peppers. But the calamari itself was good. Because we don't eat the peppers included, the portion of calamari was fairly small for something we usually share. The brussel sprouts were very good, with great chunks of well cooked bacon. I'd order that again for sure. For dinner, I had a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. My daughter enjoyed her shrimp scampi. My true test is the pizza dough held up when lifted. Both dinners were good. For dessert, we got a mango sorbet and a chocolate concoction. The chocolate dessert disappeared before she could tell me it was good.Great dinner; slightly pricy for a weekly place, but I'd stop in again.
