Le Bledo Eatery

Le Bledo has been a staple in the community since I was a kid, and it continues to impress! This time, I decided to try the Bò Né, which is a recent addition to their already expansive menu. It did not disappoint--the flavors were incredible!Of course, we couldn't leave without grabbing some of their famous sandwiches, which are always fresh and delicious. We dined in, and the service was awesome. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable while we enjoyed our meal and caught some of the football game on their TVs.Le Bledo perfectly blends nostalgia and quality, and it's clear why it's a go-to spot for locals. Whether you're craving traditional Vietnamese dishes or quick, tasty sandwiches, this place has you covered. Highly recommend!

Banh mi delicious. One of the better ones that I've had in the east coast. Fairly generous serving. I do wish they used the baguette style bread rather than this very soft bread, but overall was satisfied.Great value at $8. Much better than the NY area pricing.

I picked up from here, and the workers were very nice, and the restaurant has good service. The food was quick to come out and they were friendly. However, I did not love the food. I ordered the rice bowl with grilled bbq pork. It was a good portion size, and it felt pretty healthy. But, the meat was on the tougher side, and although it was flavorful, I didn't really enjoy it. The fish sauce was very tasty, and the pickled vegetables were good, and it tasted very fresh. But as a whole dish, it didn't go together very well, and it wasn't an enjoyable meal. While I can see why people may like the food here, as the food tastes fresh and it is flavorful, I did not enjoy what I got. I would think about returning again and trying something else, but I probably would not order the grilled bbq pork again.

Almost never venture out to Springfield, but Kaiser sent us out there.Wanted to check out this Viet deli /restaurant on way home. The display of to-go snacks was fun to pursue, lots of yummy treats.We decided to order from menu, veggie Banh mi and bun rieu with Che for dessert. All was good, not deli cheap prices but reasonable. Nice spot for easy carry out Viet food.

I'm picky about pho, as I always compare it to my mom's or my own. This place has fantastic pho!I also love they have an option for a pick 2, which is perfect to have a little banh mi and a small bowl of pho. They also have some pre-made Viet snacks and small dishes to buy as well. Nice spot with fast service and fresh ingredients.

Summer roll ($5.50)- the vermicelli was freshly made and warm when served, I personally enjoy a thicker sauce with more of a peanut taste. But overall very good!Banh mi ($7.95)- my husband loved this! The bread was slightly toasted and also warm when served Pho small ($13.50)- this includes 2 meats, and we chose the brisket and meatballs. Veggies were served in a bag on the side. Soup was delicious. Loved what we ordered, and we recommend trying this place!

FINALLY... I went here! Le Bledo has been recommended by so many people but I never really go to Springfield to even be able to try this place out. This place is super roomy, essentially being a restaurant that has a lot of grab and go offerings too.Since they're known for their banh mi, my friend and I stopped by to order some. While a little bit on the pricier side of most banh mi shops, I definitely prefer their banh mi over other spots, as the baguette itself isn't super hard on the outside to the point where it might cut the roof of your mouth lolI really enjoyed that they have a lot of options here! My friend and I just wanted to grab the banh mi, but when we walked in I saw that they had banh bot chien and some other items, so I ordered that too. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I honestly just love the decor here!I want to head back here to try some of the other items, so when I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stop by!

We came here to pick up our to-go orders which was chicken banh-mi for myself. I got distracted by the other items when we got into the restaurant and I was thinking to buy some pre-packaged items I saw but decided to hold off as I knew we'd be hitting up a cafe later on. The chicken banh mi was fantastic and reasonably priced. Enjoyed the slightly toasted bread, and the veggies inside were fresh. Flavorful chicken with the sauce in the sandwich. We got our orders for pickup very quickly too and friendly service overall. There are plenty of seats as well for those that want to dine in. And a lot of parking.

Fast, delicious and always consistent with flavor. Food is fresh and never having to wait too long for food.

Quick and easy place for to-go food. I like banh beo but recently the food was not too good. I feel like they added too much food colors. Overall, nice staff, clean place, busy vibe.
