After searching around on a Friday night for a place that I can get tacos, I ended up here. I ordered the shrimp tacos and plantains. Let me say this, I so enjoyed my food. It was very savoring and the portion was very satisfying. I appreciated the freshness of my food, from the lettuce to the avocado. I definitely see myself coming back.The ambiance was appropriate, lighting wasn't too bright and on that particular day, they were hosting what seem to be a birthday party. Not to mention, they had a stage setup for a live band. (always a good thing) The waitresses were friendly and definitely made me feel comfortable. To be honest, the men at the bar were also friendly. My food did not take long to prepare at all and the pricing was decent. I will definitely recommend this place.

I already have a "go to" Mexican spot only a block away! BUT my old spot definitely have some major competition now!! You can dine in or take out, it's a restaurant/club/bar (yes it's possible) type space! The food they was bringing out looked so good! No long wait and staff was really Nice!!!

What a wonderful dining experience! We started with mixed pupusas and went to a TexMex platter. Everything's as fabulous! We highly recommend this new restaurant. Great service, great food.

Salsa and chips were fairly good. Waitress, not so much. Too much to go into detail. Cheese enchilada came with no sauce. Rice was bland. Won't be going back. Bummed because we had high hopes going in.

4.5 stars! My wife and I came for an easy Friday dinner and had a blast! The food wasn't fancy, but everything was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared! The service was friendly and prompt as the place wasn't busy, but I'd assume they'll draw a crowd if they can keep such a great value. Let me be clear, this is a "local joint" with jukebox music and cheap furniture, but that definitely adds to the charm. The lost half star is for not having quac that night (but they did have perfect, ripe avocado) and my cheese-fiend of a wife thought they should have queso.

In our quest to explore new neighborhoods we've found our way to georgia avenue, and another score. The margs were great and the food was awesome, the Tipico and the fajitas in particular. The place is really nice too, table clothes and everything! Will definitely go back.

Neighborhood restaurant with a nice ambiance (white table clothes and cloth napkins). I ordered the guacamole at the bar and cervice to go, both were good and the portions really generous. I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff. They have live music some nights. I'll go back when I don't want to cook. Yelp shows it as Pizza and Mexican. It's definitely Tex-Mex, but there's no pizza on the menu.
