I ordered takeout from this restaurant, so I can't comment on the customer service. However, my food was ready when I arrived for pickup. We ordered Bulgogi Stir-Fry Noodles, Kimchi Dumpling Soup, Crispy Seaweed Roll, and the 3 Taco Combo. The prices were reasonable, and the taste exceeded my expectations. I probably wouldn't get the steak taco again, but everything else was good.

Came here to grab lunch with Dave and jannet for watching the boys. We ordered in the store and just waited because it's on a kiosk. Everything is super user-friendly. Grabbed a few bulgolgi bowls and a build your own bowl. All the toppings and selections were great! We enjoyed a blugolgi fried rice as well. The dumplings were outstanding too. Sauce was perfect and not too sweet and not too salty! We also had a Korean hotdogs with cheese inside and potatoes on the outside with spicy mayo and some cheese sauce. All in all, would give damn near perfect score.Kev n jake

Fun Korean style street food with a tex/mex fusion. The corn dog with mozzarella was super yummy. I also got the quesadilla, which was a must-have. Honestly it's greasy but that's expected as it's meant to be a treat. I also got the salad with it which was bomb. Service was quick and easy. You can do kiosk style ordering or with the cashier. Plenty of seating as the area is a foodhall, although I'd much rather call this place a food court. All in all, great fun stop for a street food style snack.

I have mixed reviews about the food at Kotaco but overall was very pleased. I certainly did not care for any of their appetizers however their bowls were pretty delicious. Service was very fast, staff was helpful In taking orders but there's also a kiosk available if you'd like to order that ways. It's located in a large dining hall with plenty of seating. They had several customers but were not very busy.

It was easy to order a the counter or at the kiosk. It took about 10 minutes to receive our order. We got the korean beef bulgogi taco and the vegan taco. The flavor for both the beef and the vegan were really good. I was more of a fan of the vegan,l. It had a good portion of protein and the toppings made everything light and fresh. The tacos came with two corn shells which are good to hold everything together, but I ended up removing one shell, because it threw off the flavor ratio (doing that helped a lot).

Kotaco shares its counter with Alpaca Dessert, located in the Spot dining hall.Their menu features various appetizers (such as tajin mango, mango salad, seasoned fries, cheese balls, etc.), build-your-own bowls and burritos, tacos, quesadillas, loaded fries/nachos, and crunchy wraps. There are two 'styles' you can get your meal in - the Korean style (which comes with kimchi, lettuce, onions, cilantro, and bulgogi sauce) or the Mexican styl e(which comes with salsa, lettuce, onions, cilantro, and chipotle mayo).I ordered:+the 'Any 3 Taco Combo' - I chose the Bulgogi Beef (Korean Style, opting out of cilantro); the Bulgogi Chicken (Korean Style, opting out of cilantro); and, the Ca-bay Shrimp (Mexican style, opting out of cilantro and requested the salsa to be on the side); wasn't really a fan of the shrimp, as it was bland and kind of overcooked. The beef bulgogi was good, but it was definitely more on the sweeter end; the beef was still tender and juicy, though! I just wished there was more kimchi, as the amount of the toppings were kind of scarce, so I may request for an extra amount next time - I was pleasantly surprised that it was well-fermented!The tortillas, on the other hand, were probably the worst - they were super dry and stale, and they didn't seem to have been warmed up properly as they were sticking altogether.Staff was super friendly, and this counter seems to get lots of orders as well, their bowls being the most popular.Be on the lookout for their specials, as the day I went, they were featuring birria quesatacos.+well-fermented kimchi+friendly service+same counter as Alpaca Dessert+located in The Spot+plenty of parking

I came here for lunch today and I'm glad I did. This place is located within a food hall which can be found a little bit off the beaten path. There's plenty of parking which is a plus as well as plenty of seating as most patrons looked like they were doing carry out which I did as well. I ordered my food on a kiosk and one of the staff members who was packing orders was able to answer any questions that I had while I was ordering. The food hall itself is pretty loud so you can wait for your number to be called or you'll get a text. The wait time was about 10 minutes. I got a beef bulgogi bowl with purple rice, onion, corn, kimchi, cucumber, salad, bulgogi sauce, and gochujang sauce. My bowl was delicious and very filling. All of the flavors melded very well. I definitely recommend going here and I'll be back again.

I wish these places were better quality! This is located inside of the spot food hall and all of these places inside are a bit deceiving sad to say. Some food I'm here is good but just that nothing to rave about. You think the food places are one thing and it's not. All of the food at these shops are low quality and I'm sad to say it. I just wish the food was better. Service is nice and it's always clean inside.

Located inside of the spot a nice pool hall in the suburbs of Maryland, I decided to try one item from this place so I didn't fill up on everything. I did end up getting a chicken bulgogi fried taco and it was very good. Service is prompt but what I don't like about is you order at a kiosk and the person behind the counter is handing you the food when it arrives. I prefer more of a human connection. Also for one taco this was almost $5 with tax with no service. I just don't think that price is justified but the taco was pretty good.

Love the food here but ordered through Ubereats tonight. To my surprise, the driver texts me that they were closed. The store never called my driver to get an ETA. They never reached out to me to let me know anything. I'm very disappointed as I also ordered for my daughter. We got in late from basketball practice. Again, the food is great but communication should also be at the forefront of your business.
