They truly went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.Whether you're a KBBQ veteran or trying it for the first time, Kiwa is a must-visit. 10/10--highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back.

Was in the neighborhood for a dr. Appt. Had to fast so I was hungry! Had their lunch combo. Dosot bibimbap w beef and kimchi jigae. Jigae could have been a little large w more broth but I like it. It was spicy and hot. My head was sweating which is a good meal! If I lived near by, I'd make it my regular.

Updating my review: keeping the 5 star review. Our group reserved the private room for a birthday celebration. Everything was setup prior to our arrival. Our staff member was top notch. She provided large portions of meat trays. She handles a variety of requests with quality service.The food was delicious. Salad was fresh. While cooking was primarily our responsibility this was not a problem for us. The many tips provided by fellow yelpers was true. You do need to check and make sure your grill temp is set to a higher level than they set up.All continues to be top notch here.

KBBQ lovers!! Kiwa Grill is a spot you have to check out! I always get Chadol, Spicy Pork Belly, & then Bulgogi first! That's my KBBQ routine before moving onto the Pork Kalbi & Jumulok! It was sooo delicious, leaving me wanting more! There's so many meat options to choose from, I will have to come back to devour everything else!

This is a hidden gem! Located in the Harris Teeter shopping complex, there's plenty of outside free parking. Ambiance is nice with full windows along the restaurant. We have been here 3 times. The first time service was fantastic. We barely touched the grill because was on top of service. The next couple visits were "ok", they appeared short staffed. We did most of our grilling.Food was really good. The AYCE options were generous. Lots of choices. If you want the steak then you need to get the upgraded options approx $38. Not much of a variety on the complimentary apps.

Nice new KBBQ spot in Sterling within the Cascades Overlook shopping center.The Food: Food was delicious! The meats were definitely of quality. Portions came out generously. And flavors were on point. I went with "AYCE B" which includes "AYCE A". My top picks were the Kiwa Beef Steak and the Jumulok (Marinated Beef Rib), and the classic Chadol (Brisket). The meats were tender and the quality of the meats were fresh. They didn't have that much sides as other KBBQ spots, but it was enough for our table of two.The Service: Service was good. Was sat down almost immediately for lunch and the staff were very friendly. Water refills and check ups were constant as well. And, the staff knew how to cook each meat perfectly.The Atmosphere: This place is decorated nicely. Clean, modern and had plenty of seating. A cool thing about the tables is that they have the fans right above the grill, so your clothes won't small of KBBQ, well, maybe just a little.Overall, a 4/5. Food was delicious and service was great. Definitely recommend giving this spot a try. It's always nice seeing KBBQ venture out to the Sterling area.

My experience at Kiwa Korean Grill was very enjoyable. :) Opting for the AYCE B menu proved to be a wise choice, especially in the company of good, hungry friends. The Kiwa beef steak, Kalbi, and Jumulok were our favorites and we ended up ordering multiple of those. I love when they offer multiple versions of pork belly but next time I will try more of the other meats. We decided on a fun soju pitcher, and I appreciated both the reasonable price and the perfect balance of sweetness.The service was notably excellent; our servers were not only efficient but also very pleasant. Their warmth added to the overall positive atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to returning for another visit, as Kiwa Korean Grill seems to be a bit of an underrated gem and not too far from me! HUGE plus, it was not as busy and chaotic as one might expect KBBQ places in NOVA to be, providing a more relaxed dining experience. Parking on a Wednesday night was a tad tricky, something to keep in mind. Nevertheless, the overall experience was so satisfying that I'm eager to return and explore more of what Kiwa has to offer.

Finally tried Kiwa after seeing a video on tiktok! It was so yummy!! We got the AYCE A which had most of the popular meats. The B had less options but included shrimp and octopus, but curry meats. My top favorite meat was their Kalbi!!! 10/10!! I also enjoyed their bulgogi, brisket, pork belly, and their spicy bulgogi (which wasn't spicy but more on the saltier end) Their banchan were different than most kbbq places I am used to, but they had onions, salad, a few pickled options and my favorite was potato in spicy red sauce. Besides the unlimited banchan, we also had rice, soy bean soup and steamed egg. The other sides were not free but you could order it as extra with the $35 cost per person for lunch. The service was very good, the wait staff were attentive and kind. The ambiance was a nice black interior for furniture but still very bright because of the windows. The music wasn't overwhelming and allowed for good conversations!! It was definitely a good kbbq spot, but a drive for us. If you live in the Sterling/Ashburn area, I 100% recommend you try out Kiwa Kbbq!!

Nice service staff and nice dining space. Food was fine and prices were reasonable. Quality of short ribs could be a tad better. Other meats were very good. Banchan (side dishes) were great as were the sauces !

Came here during lunch on a Friday and it was not busy. We got seated right away and ordered the all you can eat lunch special. It was about $30 a person and came with a good variety of meat. The server was very attentive and came around often to cook our food. The restaurant is spacious and kept very clean. I loved that the sides came with a steamed egg and stew. Most Korean BBQ restaurants don't include the stew anymore. Kiwa had three different sauces to dip your meat in. I thought the sauces were OK. One tasted like sweet chili sauce, one was oil, and the other one must have been their special sauce. We really like the spicy pork belly. The bulgogi was a little over seasoned. Loved all the different types of radishes. Overall, we left with a happy full belly and would recommend anyone who loves Korean BBQ to give it a try!
